First off... this is agreat pad, quick accurate response but it is NOT FOR XBOX 360. So given that games are not forward or backwards compatible... it is for the old XBOX. So it is pricey and is obsolete for the new games... HMMM does anyone make an adpater for this plug and converting to USB for the 360?

The sensitivity on this pad is fine, but you may want to put a no-skid rug backing, or yoga mat down as it travels on carpet.

I bought one of each, a foam pad and a non-foam pad. The foam pad is better; it allows you to play for longer in your socks; your feet don't start to hurt.

I thought that a movie based on a fake video game based on real video games was a great idea, and that turned out to live up to all its potential. I thought that a video game based on a movie based on a fake video game based on real video games had real potential; this game lived up to none of it.

I was going to offer a well thought-out review for this game, but this review is only going to reciprocate how much effort was put into developing this game.

The game starts with Wreck-It Ralph narrating the game the voice actor isn't even John C. Reilly. This is the first disappointment of the game, and the disappointments never stop from there. Before actually getting into gameplay, the opening scene completely blows the end of the "Wreck It Ralph" movie's storyline, so if you haven't seen the movie yet, beware of a spoiler before playing this game.

After they spoil a 2-hour movie in 45 seconds, you finally get into the gameplay. The gameplay is awful: the difficulty is never raised, there's only 12 levels in the game (each level takes about 5 minutes to complete), and 4 bosses (each of which take about 2 minutes to beat). The gameplay is extremely repetitive and completely lacks novelty. The graphics are cheap not "NES cheap," which would actually be kind of retro but cheap like "I paid $5 for this game" cheap. Except, the thing is, I didn't pay $5 for this game. I paid $40. The iOS "Wreck-It Ralph" counterpart is a better game than this, and that only costs 99 cents.

Despite being able to play as Fix-It Felix and Wreck-It Ralph throughout the game, it's only a 1-player game. The movie featured first-person shooting, arcade-style play, and racing. This game offers none of that. Instead, you just go around punching cy-bugs until you find the exit for the level. Along the way, you try and gather Hero's medals which do absolutely nothing for you. They don't even keep track of how many you've collected.

I sat down to play this game because I had a couple hours to kill, and figured I'd try and put a dent into beating the game. Instead of putting a dent into the game, I completely beat the game and "unlocked" all the secrets in well-under 2 hours. That's right, the movie itself takes longer to watch than it does to beat its video game counterpart.

I can't believe I spent $40 on this game. If you're thinking about buying this game, instead use your $40 to buy 4 tickets to see "Wreck It Ralph." It's a quality movie, but its video game is anything but. I'm disappointed in everyone that was involved in this game. They should be ashamed of themselves. And as disappointed as I was initially in John C. Reilly for passing on doing the voice acting for this game, now I understand why.

Firstly, Wreck It Ralph is a great movie with some great games featured in it this game however is not. It vaguely follows the plot of the movie but AFTER the end of the movie. I don't think the beginning of the game would spoil the movie for you, but if you played this game first BEFORE seeing the movie, you might not even bother to watch the movie because this game is awful. It's nothing like the movie, it's so basic it's ridiculous. It's not even retro as in Dig Dug, Pac Man, Digger Dan etc from the 80's THEY were great games, this is not even particularly playable and it certainly isn't any fun. My 5 year old was bored in about 15 minutes which almost never happens except with a bad game (or in the case of Mario Party 9, they changed the format from single player to all playing in the same vehicle, which ruined that game).

If you still want to get this game after the low stars it received in all of the reviews so far, then rent it from a Redbox etc, you won't be wasting $40. This is a $10 game at best. It will probably be a Black Friday special but don't get it unless it is super cheap, your kids won't thank you at all.

Best Deals for Wreck-It Ralph - Nintendo Wii

The storyline of the video game is that Fix It Felix and Wreck It Ralph have been hired as exterminators to get rid of the Cy-Bugs in the worlds of Wreck It Ralph, Hero's Duty, and Sugar Rush AFTER the end of the movie. The game play is like any 2-D platform game (Super Mario Brothers, Sonic the Hedgehog, etc.) where the character moves from left to right and destroys boxes and collects golden hammers. We were expecting the games from the movie like the first person shooter in Hero's Duty or the go cart game in Sugar Rush. Instead, those locations are only used as the backdrop to the platform game. As a one player game you must switch between the characters of Felix or Ralph to move through levels.

As a platform game alone, I like it. Its not one of those games that makes it impossible to advance to the next level unless you have perfect hand-eye coordination. Its easy enough to be fun but not so easy that it's boring.

But I must say that it is extremely disappointing that the games shown in the movie were not even attempted in the movie version of the game. In fact, you can go to the movie website and play limited versions of 3 of the popular games shown in the movie. If you are looking for the movie games, save your money and go to the Disney website. If you like platform games, it's cute and not too bad.

Honest reviews on Wreck-It Ralph - Nintendo Wii

Wreck-It Ralph has to be one of the most beloved Disney films of recent times. It's a movie that's directed straight to people that have grown up in the 1980s (although it appealed to kids as well), and seen how the arcade game industry has changed overtime. The movie was full of laughs and references, but featured a really deep and thrilling tale of a video game bad guy who wants to get a new name for himself. So what does this game based off the movie based off of games have to offer? Absolutely none of what I just described.

The game is supposed to take place straight after the movie's plot, but it IS possible to avoid spoiling the movie, right? Unfortunately, Activision refused to try. Within the first seconds after starting a new game, the ending of the movie is instantly spoiled. But since I'm so nice, I won't spoil it for this review. However, I will have to mention that the Cybugs, one of the few conflicts in the movie, is THE WHOLE CONFLICT here in this game for some reason. I don't want to think of Wreck-It Ralph as a series about hideous bugs. I want to think of the series as a love letter to gamers!

Anyway, that was all presented in this cute little CGI-animated intro which has mistakes such as a lack of textures in one scene and Felix having miscolored hair. Activision sure rushed THIS out the door. BUT GUESS WHAT? Wait til you see what the actual game looks like!

Oh GOD did things go downhill! The graphics look like they were created for the Sega 32x. They are downright awful, and the music totally accompanies them by playing a short loop of a song that would only sound nice the first few times. And now for what we've been waiting for: The gameplay mechanics.

Let's just say this is one of the most uninspired platformers I've played yet. Throughout, I am treated with really generic levels that only make the already not-so-great gameplay just plain boring and repetitive. Nothing in any of these levels truly stand out (Other than that one and only Super Mario Bros reference in the "Hero's Duty" world). The combat in the game is clumsy. It feels very tedious when it takes some time for Ralph to throw a punch or Felix to wield his hammer (Which, by the way, somehow kills enemies instead of fixing them). By the way, you know how I mentioned that the Cybugs are the main conflict in this game? Well, they are the ONLY ENEMIES IN THIS GAME, so there's no enemy variety, really.

Not to mention, even with the clumsy combat, the game is beyond easy as a whole. During my first run through the game, not once did I get a Game Over, but rather did I get over 13 lives. The bosses didn't help the difficulty. They were incredibly easy as well.

To think this goes for as long as...an hour and a half?

Yup. This is one of those games with a pretty short length. However, after what you've been through after playing this monstrosity, beating the game in such a short time is rewarding enough.

If you want to see a video game do Wreck-It Ralph justice, play the game that's available on iOS devices for THE PRICE OF A COKE CAN. It's $39/29 less, but 100 times more fun.

Is it possible to give negative stars??? I'm sure that some people want to after actually paying money for this game. Fortunately, I rented mine at Redbox and I'm still mad that I spent $2.

The game is super boring. An adult would never be able to tolerate it and a child would quickly become bored with it. My 5 year old has been playing for about 15 minutes now and I think he's waiting for the exciting part. I won't break it to him just yet that this is all he's gonna get.

I realize that this is a throw-back 80s style game but seriously??? The quality and graphics are horrific and perhaps intentionally!!! It predates the quality of the original Nintendo (that is as far back as I know). There are also times in the game where when you die the screen just blacks out for about 20 seconds. I thought that my Wii rebooted...and then it came back.

I loved loved loved the movie and it is sooo unfortunate that this game is such a flop.

Best advice.....Rent it and see for yourself!

Ratchet & Clank: Size Matters is an absolutely outstanding game that truly represents the pinnacle of platforming titles. Having been a fan of the genre since the original Sonic the Hedgehog on the Sega Genesis, I've seen more than my share of titles. The rankings break out for Ratchet and Clank as such (all scores are out of five):

Graphics: 5

For the PSP, the developers did an excellent job of pushing the PSP to its graphical limit. The use of character models, animations, and textures are simply phenomenal. This is just shy of looking just like its PS2 cousin.

Sound: 5

The biggest boon for this game is the use of actual voice acting combined with clearly distinct sounds for each of the weapons. Everything sounds like it just fits and all in all ties together to create a believable atmosphere.

Value: 5

One of the best parts of this game is that you can continue to play it well after you beat the final boss. Not only this, but you can do so keeping all the weapons you've already bought and have the opportunity to buy even better ones! It just adds that extra little bit that seems to be missing in many games today.

Story: 4

A tad weak and unfocused at times, all in all it's still good. You really dive into the story of the Technomites and there's quite a bit of humor along the way.

Overall: 5

This is a great game that all PSP owners should buy. I've dropped a good 15 hours into it myself (which is quite a bit for a platformer) and am still playing. The best part is that it really is a fun game that both kids and adults can enjoy.

So before I left for Iraq a month ago, my roommate bought a PS3. Along with it he picked up Tools of Destruction along with some other games. I loved watching him play the game. And it was so fun to watch him upgade new weapons and buy new weapons and find new armor. After he beat it, there was even MORE to do now. And I loved it! So I tried the game for maybe an hour from the beginning. Sadly it was the night before I left to come to the sandbox. Because I was HOOKED.

Really wanting to play the game now, I started to look on amazon to see if there was a Ratchet game for the PSP. YES! There was! So, now, I had to buy a PSP also. I went ahead and bought thePSP Daxter Entertainment Pack Ice Silver and a few games, Burnout, Infected, and of course SIZE MATTERS!!

When the PSP came in (which was only about a week), it arrived with Burnout. I was loving it! Then two days later Ratchet shows up and I couldnt put it down for about a week straight (even though I beat it in about 7 or 8 playing hours...and I was taking my time looking for stuff and completing all the mini games). Right now a friend of mine wont let me play the game because he's basically stolen it and now he's addicted.

I ABSOLUTELY love this game.

PROS:

-The graphics are amazing for such a tiny machine.

-The gameplay is highly addictive (especially if you've never played a Ratchet game before)

-I was scared that the upgrading of weapons would be only in the console versions, but nope..its' here also. LOTS of weapons also.

-Controls are great. I actually switched them around to where the analog stick was mainly for strafing. Also I never really had camera problems. Just use the L and R shoulder buttons and everything will be ok...just like older PSP FPS games.

-Once beaten, you can play it over in Challenge mode to upgrade your weapons even farther, find new armor, and get a new weapons (for 9,999,000 bolts..heh).

Cons:

-To easy. I think I could flown through the game in a couple of hours if I had really wanted to. In Challenge mode, it's still easy, but the bosses seem a LITTLE bit harder.

-The game freezes up...BUT..it's only happend 3 times. Twice on the same boss.

All in all...I absolutely recommend this game if you have a PSP. I'm still new to the PSP, but I can already tell that this is DEFINITELY one of the top games for this system. Do yourself a favor and buy this game.

I really like this game, there is a lot to do in the story, also there are multiplayer mini games and many other ways to have fun.

I loved Ratchet Deadlocked on the PS2, so I figured I'd give this game I try. Surely enough, I loved it too. The replay value, just like the console versions, is just as high. Anyone who loves the Ratchet & Clank series will love this game as well. :)

Cheap Kakuto Chojin

Kakuto Chojin
Customer Ratings: 3 stars
Buy Now
Kakuto Chojin is a Microsoft game that tries to fill the many empty spots that X-Box has for fighting games. Is it successful in its attempt? Well, let me tell you the pros and cons of this game.

Let's start with the pros. The brightest star in this game is its really simple control scheme. You can pick up the game and start winning fights right away even if you are not used to playing fighting games. The graphic is decent it's nowhere near Virtua Fighter 4 in its quality, but it is pretty good in its own right. The color pallette used here is darker to fit the storyline. You have two meters combined, one is your energy and the other one is another meter which when full allows you to execute super moves.

Now its time to talk about the cons. This game is definitely no Soul Calibur, Tekken, Virtua Fighter, or Dead or Alive in regards to graphics. The characters' moves are basically clones of Tekken and Virtua Fighter, especially the Capoera using character (like Christy Montiero and Eddy Gordo of Tekken) whose moves are almost exactly like those Tekken characters. Also, if you play a lot of fighting games, this game may be too easy for you, as many moves can be pulled off quite simply.

Right now the weakness of X-Box is in two categories: Fighting games and RPGs. This game is definitely not going to help the X-Box much in the fighting arena.

Definitely a rental if you're still interested in trying it out, but don't say I didn't warn you.

My wife and I must be the only fans of this game. I first played it as a demo in XBOX Magazine and I liked it pretty well. I had just got my XBOX and I'm not an expert when it comes to fighting games. Now my wife on the other hand loves these kind of games. Whenever we pass by an arcade, she wants to play the fighting games. And she does well because she picks up the gameplay pretty quickly. It's always amusing to see her beat the eighteen or nineteen-year-old who plays the game for hours and she just figured out how to play.

Anyway, I had her play the demo and she loved it. So we searched and found the game at a videogame store for a nice price(this was right after the recall notice). And we have been happily pleased ever since. We both play the game at least three times a week. The only way I can explain the critics of this is that these are people who have a LOT more experience with all kinds of fighting games. And maybe they didn't give this game as much of a chance as it needed.

Here are the the pros and cons:

PROS:

Great GraphicsThey characters look amazing and they move like real people. The fighters don't look cartoony but computer animated. They must haved used real people as models because they move eeriely lifelike. The backgrounds are beautifully rendered and colorful.

Great SoundI have a Surround Sound system that takes of advantage of the Dolby Digital 5.1 the game offers. Excellent!

Every character has their own theme and the voices and sound effets are well done.

Fun GameplayThe moves are not too hard to learn and there are more than explained in the manual that comes with the game. There are two sets of moves in the game; Kakuto and Chojin. You can't access the Chojin moves without first completing the game with any character with the Kakuto moves.

CharactersThere are plenty of characters all with different styles to master. And one secret character that is available when beating the game with any one of the characters.

CONS

The ManualAfter buying the game I bought the strategy guide offered by Prima. The guide does a great job of explaining the game, the characters and ALL of the moves. Each character has at least FOURTY moves. The manual that comes with the game does a terrible job of explaing the game. At best, it is incomplete.

No Onscreen Move ListAfter playing DOA 3,MK:DA and Tao Feng, I've noticed you can access a move list in the game. It's too bad KC doesn't do this. It would be more convienent.

Finally I just wanted to say this game is a lot of fun.We have played Dead Or Alive 3, Mortal Combat:Deadly Alliance and Tao Feng: Fist Of The Lotus and they are fun but in our opinion Kakuto Chojin just has more STYLE. It's pretty unique and the characters don't seem to be like any I've seen in any other game. This may be the game's downfall as far as public opinion goes. I may buy DOA 3 and Tao Feng in the future but Kakuto Chojin is my third favorite XBOX game behind Max Payne and Halo. Microsoft did a wonderful job. I hope they don't give up on the fighting game market. I can tell they are trying to be outside the pack by making KAkuto chojin and Tao Feng.

Best Deals for Kakuto Chojin

I have played fighting games for a long time and I am still playing this great game. This game is a steal .

Honest reviews on Kakuto Chojin

If you have played fighting games before then this game is going to waste even your rental dollars.

1. Unimpressed with the visuals of the game myself. You can't see them for the most part, because there is too much distance and too many items packed into the visuals.

2. The fighting scheme was pretty simple, attack high, attack low, and repeat -vary the pattern in an ad-hoc way to keep the AI off balance and victory!!

3. Multiplayer Whoop-a** session -A nice thought. Like a pass in a basketball game that looks innovative and shows creativity, but gets stolen so does the intent of the multiplayer mode. If you've played first person shooters like Halo (where you can melee some up close in personal) then you will have a time looking at the tiny characters go at it in a battle royal. It actually reminded me of someone adding a multiplayer deathmatch mode to Hunter: The Reckoning as the game is currently played.

Overall just unimpressed and thoroughly bored with the game.

Game development: (1) Need an ENGAGING story (2)Everything else gameplay, visuals, etc. need to be in the context of the story -period. Game developers are selling fantasies or illusions where the player wants to be the character for the time that he or she is playing the game.

Find helpful customer reviews and review ratings for Kakuto Chojin

First off, let me clear things up. I'm a fighter fan. I've played them all, and yes I consider myself an authority. When I'm not jamming out on Street Fighter, I'm playing some Neo Geo fighter that you've never heard of. Now let me say this: Kakuto is a fantastic, focused, and addictive 3D fighter. Alot of people like to say that this game is as deep as the kiddy pool, and that its all mash.. Thats total bull. If you want a masher, go play Tekken. This game has alot of neat features that reviewers always fail to mention. People should really play the ends and outs of a game before they start bashing and start throwing out 1 star ratings As you've probobly already read, the graphics are no joke. The characters are dark, creepy, and thick and are totally original. The same goes for the stages. If I had to complain about one thing, it would be that its not all that great 1 player. You have no fancy story modes, no unlockables, blah, blah, who cares! Your supposed to play fighting game with friends anyway! I could go on and on about how cool this game really is, but I wont.. Forget all the haters and their reviews, this is the hottest new fighter to come out in a long time. Snatch it up while you still can.

First off, logitech makes great stuff. Their PC peripherals are the best in the market right now, and their xbox equipment is the same way.

Pros:

-Great price

-Coolest looking controller out there

-Excellent button placement

-Joystick is amazing, very loose and smooth

-Triggers have a good feel to them

-Great solid feel

Cons

-Not for people with small hands

For most people, this is an excellent controller. It's smaller than "the duke", but larger than the xbox controller s.

Personally, I really liked the look and feel of this controller, but had to switch back to the xbox s because my hands are a bit on the smaller side and I just couldn't get used to it.

Click Here For Most Helpful Customer Reviews >>

This control is very good. The handling feels great, very ergonomic and the buttons are placed in an excelent ditribution. The construction seems very durable, made with high quality materials. At this price I think it's worth every penny. The only "bad" thing is that it may be too big for small hands...

Best Deals for Logitech Precision Controller for Xbox

I had heard good things about the cordless version of this controller, but I didn't want to spend the money on the cordless version and a cordless headset for Xbox Live.

This controller is very confortable, and is a good blend of the controller-S and the "Duke". My only complaint is that the D-pad is a little too sensitive, and you'll end up pressing down or up when you just mean to press left or right. D-pad controls are pretty rare anymore, though, except in fighting games.

Overall, I'm very happy with this controller, especially for the price, and I prefer it over the controller-S.

Honest reviews on Logitech Precision Controller for Xbox

I bought mine used at a local Gamestop and I loved it. First off it feels very comfortable and is only slightly larger than the S controller. Unfortunately for me, mine appears to be defective, the left trigger is extremely sensitive, to the point where I'm not even touching the trigger and it will be activated.

This fact aside, everything about the controller is superior to that of the S, even the fact that you may need a spare set of batteries shouldn't turn you off. Just try not to run afoul of Logitech's sub-par customer service.

Find helpful customer reviews and review ratings for Logitech Precision Controller for Xbox

I've always liked the quality of Logitech game controllers so I thought I'd give this controller a try. Plus, I was too cheap to shell out $30 for the Controller S. The Logitech Precision is indeed a very good quality controller. The plastic casing is smooth and has no sharp edges. It definitely feels better than the cheap Mad Catz and Pelican controllers I've tried.

This controller is wider than Controller S. The size of Microsoft's Controller S fits my hands perfectly and I wear U.S. size large gloves. Initially, I felt that I had to stretch my fingers to reach the Logitech's left analog stick and the buttons on the right, but after playing a while I got used to it. The feel is definitely different between Controller S and the Logitech. I could not keep my left thumb on top of the left analog stick when moving the stick to the upper, lower, and right extremes. On the Controller S, I can comfortably keep my thumb on the analog stick at all times.

The two trigger buttons also seem to have dead spots at the initial travel points. When I played Colin McRae '04, the first 1mm or so of travel for the triggers didn't seem to do anything. Whereas a slight tap on the Controller S triggers resulted in immediate response.

I definitely favor the Microsoft Controller S over the Logitech. I bought the Logitech for multi-player action. I wouldn't mind using it once in a while playing with friends. The Logitech is a very good quality controller for half the price of Controller S.

Skylanders Spyro's Adventure Wrecking Ball
Customer Ratings: 5 stars

Don't get me wrong, Wrecking Ball can be either a potent battler (using Force Field energy, like a bowling ball), or something to reach things others Skylanders can't (tongue attacks), but he comes with a few hitches: Firstly, if you make him an "Ultimate Spinner" (leaning towards powering up his Force Field), whatever passage that is smaller than his force field will not allow him to pass until you disrupt it (also, it may also awkwardly bounce Wrecking Ball off of background items, such as lamps and other objects hanging off of walls or ceilings).

Secondly making him "Total Tongue" (leaning on making his tongue attacks faster and reach further), will leave him with weak attacks, overall.

Wrecking Ball is ok, but I think I'll keep with Spyro or Voodood as my go-to Magic-type Skylanders.

Still, the only OTHER reason I still play as him in the game, is... strangely, it's like playing a hyperactive reptilian puppy-dog (i.e. he's strangely cute).

If you buy Wrecking Ball you must have patience... I got him in the 3 character pack with Stealth Elf and Sonic Boom really needed those 2 but he was a pleasant addition. In the beginning he's not that impressive... but I would put him out there with his crazy out of control spinning and little long reaching TOUNGE and bust up a few things.. Eventually got to an upgrade or two and WHAMMO!!! He's great to put in the beginning of a battle. He turns into a crazy spinning blue ball with a FORCE FIELD that destroys anything in his path. Those powers are followed up with a BURP attack! Who else can do this??? Be sure to press and hold the burp attack for an even bigger result! For instance; you can build it up outside of a door and wait until you get inside to release the "BURP" whenever you want... Talk about control! He adds a little humor and craziness to the game and is great for wiping out a wide amount of opponents.

Love this little dude...prefer him to the newer version of Wreck'n Ball...new/old either character works great in the game. Creates lots of laughs from the kiddos young/old with his crazy antics. Works in both skylander games Spyro and Giants.

I was curious about this controller so I bought me one. Not that I have a problem with the Sony DS3 controller but wanted to check out what the whole fuzz about the XBOX360 buttons layout has a better feel. First thing you will notice it is huge making the thumbsticks feel tall. So the thumbstick throw from one end to the other (left to right/down to up etc.) feels long and slow. Not a bad thing just a different feel to it. The D-pad/X/O/TRIANGLE/SQUARE/L1/R1 has a tiny stiff feel to it but perform well with games where you are required to press a buttons repeatedly. L2 & R2 trigger design are comfortable with the pressure sensitive feeling somewhat twitchy. In other words not as smooth as the DS3. For example, In a racing game like GT5 it is a lot harder to maintain the accelerator at low rpms. To find out if this is a problem or not I loaded up GT5 (L2 braking/R2 acceleration). After setting lap times and switching controllers between dS3 & Power A, turns out both controllers set similar times. Just a different feel to it. The L3/R3 buttons do need to be push a little harder than the DS3. I did not find any deadzones in this controller as some say there is. The controller housing has a smooth grip feel to it. Games I tested with are GT5, GTA IV, GOW3, RDR, Dead Space 2, RE5, Skyrim, TR:Underworld, inFamous, Birds of Steel(works great with this game) and many more. All perform well but with one slight problem with the left thumbstick. It seems like it is registering as if the thumbstick is pressing to the right while the thumbstick is in neutral position. Only seen this happen in Uncharted 1 & 2. When the player character is hanging from a ledge. This does not really affect gameplay but it is there. I posted a video to show what I mean. All other games I tested does not have this problem. Will this controller replace my DS3? No, but I have not being able to put it down either. In conclusion it is a great controller with room for improvement. 4 out of 5 stars.

Been using this controller for about a week now and so far its been functioning well, Its light even with the rumble but not too light like the sixaxis. The feel of the controller is smooth like matte or suede. The grips are a nice touch and help if you get sweaty palms and in those cases where that leads to dropping your controller; with the grips this most likely will never happen. I've been mostly playing FPS games with this controller and its been excellent it feels like your playing on xbox 360, the whole controller is mapped like the 360 controller down to the shoulder buttons which look and feel like the xbox controller.

The controller is good for fps games mostly as I tried playing fighting games (MKvsDC,SSF4 etc and it did'nt fair to good thanks to the d pad which is better then 360s but not by a lot.

The only small problem I have with this controller is that you can't turn on your ps3 with it by pressing the home button on the controller instead you'll have to manually do it. Which is not huge negative, you can just turn on your ps3 while your plugging in your controller. But that added convenience would of been nice but its a 3rd party controller so I understand some features would be missing like motion controls; which I didn't care one bit because the ps3's motion controls is a joke and most people forget that it even has that function

There is a wireless version but it costs a little more. All in all I'd recommend this to any ps3 owner whose looking for a great alternate ps3 controller, its the best one out in the market from my use with it.

As people have already noted, the dead zone is huge. I totally agree with this statement. I see this as a huge problem for serious gamers or for even the casual FPS fan. I am not one of these people. I enjoy adventure, action and sports titles. So the dead zone, while still large and quite noticeable, doesn't have a drastic/negative effect for me. Overall I like how the controller is laid out, the comfort of the grips and mimicked XBox design. I used to get thumb fatigue when playing a couple straight hours of games. Not anymore.

Pros

Overall design and layout = great comfort

I chose the cord version due my concerns with the wireless lag. The cord is very long and provides plenty of range.

Cons

D-pad is quite horrible. In sports game it's used to adjust and call plays. It seems far too sensitive. You have to tap it ever so slightly or it'll scroll through all the menus and options. Quite annoying.

Dead zone while I noted it wasn't a big factor to me, it's still large and noticeable while I play. The controller stick just doesn't have the same response as the DS3 and will take an adjustment period.

Overall I think it's a great controller at the price. I have broken 2 of my old DS3 controllers and don't think they're worthy of spending $45-$55 for a new one, when I know it's going to break again and I have this controller as an option.

Honest reviews on Pro EX Controller for PS3

This controller has completely transformed the way I play the PS3. The standard controllers are pretty lame since they're holdovers from the 1995 Playstation 1 !!!

The Pro Ex makes games where response time and precision a lot more fun to play. They feel a lot like 360 controllers and as a result I jump on the PS3 a lot more often for games that I have on both platforms. My kill ratio in MW3 has gone up considerably, I can now get a ratio of close to 2:1 on a regular basis. I used to get more like 1.1:1.

I am now a total believer in this controller.

I'm going to buy a couple of spares right now.

PS3 is now my go to platform. Now if Sony could only publish more 1080p games...

Within a week, the analog sticks developed an issue where the controller would register the right stick as being UP when nothing is touching it. This is most apparent when playing FPS games where the reticle moves up on its own.

Good concept to create a PS3 controller for Xbox gamers, but the controller itself is a little bulky (size wise, not weight it actually is a very light controller) when compared to the xbox 360 and ps3 controllers and takes getting used to.

within days of install they almost immediately tarnished which I thought was bunk. it wouldn't be an issue if you could still tell they are bullets but now they just look like black circles its petty lame now. I wouldn't buy this again!!!!!

on a different note my package did come very fast and was in great condition.

I've had these on for a bit with the D-Pad 12 ga winchester bullet button. They've been wearing down quite a bit so I have to take a brush to remove some of the corrosion and oil my thumbs leave behind. Other than that they were easy to install with the help of some youtube videos and look great!!!

These are great for gun loving gamer nerds. I bought these a few months back and am almost completely satisfied. The look and function are excellent. No issues there. The only thing keeping this from 5 stars is that the buttons rattle a little. You kind of get use to the sound but it can get a little bothersome.

I purchased this memory card to move my profile and saved games from one Xbox 360 to a newer one, and it worked perfectly. The process of copying data from the hard drive to the memory card is simple and fast, and I may keep the card as a backup in case something happens to our new Xbox in the future.

4/5 stars, however, because I consider this product to be far overpriced for what it is. Since the Xbox 360 has standard USB ports, the only thing preventing you from using a standard USB drive (flash or hard drive) to backup your data is the built-in limitations of the Xbox itself. This feels unfair, as the only reason I can think for not allowing the use of USB drives for storage was to force people to buy overpriced memory cards and hard drives.

This is just an inconvenience, and I can't complain too much since I did buy one. If you need a way to backup your save games, or if you are buying a newer machine and want to transfer your data, this is the best way to go, and I do recommend buying one for that purpose.

Vital for backing up profiles and important game saves. Very stable and much more convinient and portable than the harddrive.

Plus++ mine came with a free copy of Geometry Wars: Retro Evolved installed on it! It wasn't advertised as such on Amazon, but is was indicated on the packaging when i got it. The game is a tremendous amount of fun with a whole lot of replayability. Definitley a pleasant surprise!

This is a great product and very easy to use. I game over at a friend's house alot and it was irritating having to recover my gamertag everytime. The process takes 20-30 min. With the MU you can put your profile on it and load it up instantly. Unfortunately it's way overpriced for a 512mb memory card. I was happy to find a copy of Worms on mine though which justifies a little bit of the price I suppose.

A lot of people seem to complain that you can't transfer all your saves onto it. I had the same problem with Eternal Sonata. Fortunately, there is an easy solution. Instead of trying to Copy/Move the files in the data management area on the console (which works for most games). Load your game. When you're in the game, save. When prompted to pick a location to save to, select the MU instead of the Hard Drive. I just loaded up my Eternal Sonata game, and went to the save point and chose the MU instead and it worked perfectly.

I recommend this for anyone who spends time gaming on other's systems, as being able to take your tag with you and load it instantly on anyone's machine is a welcome respite from tag recovering. I gave it a 4 out of 5 because it does everything it's supposed to do, and does it well. Unfortunately though, the price is too high.

Honest reviews on Xbox 360 Memory Unit 512MB

This larger MU is key for storing your profile and keeping difficult-to-replace game saves. Since the 360 dies quite often and needs to be replaced (by a very good warranty), this device removes the need to replace, for a example, an entire Forza2 garage.

This overpriced MS memory card is the only way to backup your game saves from your system's hard drive. Yet, it does a half job about it. It's not so much the memory card's fault but the overall Xbox 360's security features where many game saves (Dead of Alive 4, Forza 2, and many others) can not be copied or moved from the system's hard drive to the memory unit. Therefore, this card is nearly useless. However, Amazon does currently has a good price on it and it comes with Worms Xbox Live Arcade game preloaded, which cannot be copied/moved onto your 360's hard drive even though you own it. This type of security system is just so annoying and it was present in the original Xbox as well. Basically, you will have to replay many of your games over if your hard drive ever fails. 50-100 hrs of Forza 2 again? I don't think so. I might think about returning this item back to Amazon because it doesn't backup half of my game library saves.

I loved the movie quality graphics and the ease with which they learned to play the game. Very entertaining all the way around.

A Surprisingly Good Game!

I tend to find myself unable to stay away from games that were originally big blockbuster movies. Games like Catwoman, Batman Begins, Spiderman, etc. The Bee Movie game is a direct tie-in with the animated movie.

It was only fourteen bucks on Amazon, so i just couldn't help but feel pulled into this impulse purchase. I am not gonna go into specifics of the game. But if you enjoy Mario & Crash Bandicoot games, this will be right up your alley. The graphics and visuals of the game are excellent and you feel immersed in the world of Barry Benson (Jerry Seinfeld). You literally feel transported into his world.

Pick this up & add it to your library as it's a great title to have.
