The instructions tell you how to hook EVERYTHING up. Up until the point where it says you hook it up to the sync button or to one of the tactile switch legs. I hooked it up to a leg and then it says to hook another wire to the ground. But dosent show how to. Im new to this so i need DUMB PEOPLE instructions. How do i hook up the ground wire? Where is it going to connect to besides the tactile switch leg. Can you provide a photo?

I really like this case. For the first time in years I feel safe bringing my game system everywhere I would like. I'm constantly bringing it back and forth from work on a weekly basis. It gets tossed into the car and away I go. Would I recommend it? In a heart beat. To someone out of the country? No. My grand total after tax, shipping, and duty was just over $200. Is it worth it? This case is what every traveler needs if you want to protect your PS3. I do a lot of flying throughout the year and this case has come in handy. Last year I dropped a my old PS3 in the airport while I was carrying my luggage because the strap broke on the basic case that I had purchased. Well I went out and bought a new one and decided I needed something better to protect it. This Doberman case is the answer. I have flown 4 times with it this year and I love it. I have dropped it once and had no damage to the case or my PS3. This case is awesome. Highly Recommended.

Call of Duty: Roads to Victory didn't get the love in reviews when it came out but I bought this game because of the past games in this series. Roads to Victory translates pretty well on the PSP and is a lot of fun to play. The game does provide a decent challange in two campaigns. American and British and it does get hard in some palces where you will do a couple times over.

The graphics are better then what we saw in Medal of Honor: Heroes and is so much clearer and easier to see where everything is. As for the gameplay, it pretty much keeps the formula from the console versions which is what makes the game work. The sound is okay not great but it is on the PSP after all and it does what it can to be as authentic as possible.

The replay value is great because you can unlock medals as we as other cool stuff depending on how well you did on each mission. The only thing I got to unlock was a wallpaper that I use on my PSP.

All in all, Call of Duty: Roads to Victory is a fun and engaging game that will bring you enjoyment for hours and will make the time fly like that.

I hope this is the first of many Call of Duty games for the PSP.

This is one of the first games that I have played on PSP that actually looks like the "real" version on other systems. Very good graphics and sound. The only draw back is the aiming is to easy and it makes you feel like your are cheating. Overall, It is still a great game!

First of all I better say i'm pretty new to PSP, and i'm not USED to playing first person shooters on console systems. So if you are used to that you may have better success with the game. Personally i'm a big fan of the series so when it came out for PSP I jumped for it. But frankly, I fought with the controls a lot more then I fought with the germans. If your used to FPS on PC I wouldn't advise getting this for PSP. It'll only be a headache.

Other then that graphics are pretty decent.

Sound effects, aren't as rich as the PC games, but I suppose that's to be expected.

Storyline wasn't particularly spectacular either and it's very linear and scripted.

I guess I was expecting better. But hey if you love the series and you enjoy FPS on PSP I'd go for it.

I'm a fan of the old style Call of Duty games, before they went into the future. (Besides 4 of course) And this is one of my favorites, not because it tells a great story, or because the graphics are amazing, but the amount of fun you have. People give it crap for the controls, and I slightly agree... They're not as bad as you might think. The multiplayer isn't anything to write home about but it's sufficient. It's few game modes (including team death match and capture the flag) offer a pretty fun experience, but you can't play online online. So even though you won't be playing with someone in Denmark, you can still have a decent amount of fun with some friends. All in all it's a great PSP game and I highly recommend it.

I've had these on for a bit with the D-Pad 12 ga winchester bullet button. They've been wearing down quite a bit so I have to take a brush to remove some of the corrosion and oil my thumbs leave behind. Other than that they were easy to install with the help of some youtube videos and look great!!!

These are great for gun loving gamer nerds. I bought these a few months back and am almost completely satisfied. The look and function are excellent. No issues there. The only thing keeping this from 5 stars is that the buttons rattle a little. You kind of get use to the sound but it can get a little bothersome.

I love this game for the PC. Great graphics, engaging and evolving story, and a good old crash your armies togehther RTS. This game makes for a very difficult transition to the XBox 360 the controls are very complex and without any real quick keys makes for an insanly difficult learning curve espically in the heat of battle trying to remember what controls do what. My advice if you want this game: get it for the PC.

I read alot of reviews for this game and heard it had over complicated controls which made the game unplayable, I enjoy the warhammer universe though I am new to it, so I bought the game to see for myself. The first thing I did was play through the tutorial which goes over the controls very well and though I was a bit confused at first, it didnt take away from the game and I was slaughtering armies easily using the controls within an hour. This game is very fun, some parts may be harder the others but through a little bit of strategy you can easily overcome even the hardest task. One very glaring problem with the game is the graphics, I wasnt bothered during most parts but playing the Empire campaign made it very clear where this game is lacking, the cutscenes are terrible for that campaign and I felt like skipping everytime one would start, Though I didnt notice it as much in the chaos or orc storylines. I havent played online skirmish, but the skirmish vs the computer is pretty good, you can customize your army, and play as a bunch of different armies. Overall I enjoyed this game very much.

TL;DR

Good: Gameplay is fun, Characters are good, Customizable Armies.

Bad: Controls take a little while to get used to, Graphics.

I bought this game for my nephew (who is 14) and he played it over at my house. First off...the graphics in the first scene to start the game were great. They were like the pictures that Amazon has shown. But then the game started and the graphics changed. On my parents standard tube tv they were horrible. On my plasma, they were better, but still not very good at all. And then the cutscenes during the games were hideous!...even on my plasma. I have no idea why they wouldn't use the same type of graphics for all the cutscenes. Now he hasn't played a whole lot of it, b/c he doesn't even like the game play...but maybe it includes some more good graphics later.

The game play...so lousy. It was boring, and so repetitive. It is a war/battle sim...and not a good one. Granted, like I said before, he hasn't played very far into the game. But that was because he got so bored, and disliked the graphics (especially the HORRIBLE cutscenes) that he had no desire to play it any further. I've played battle sims before, and I couldn't even watch this one for very long.

The voices...INCREDIBLY annoying. They repeat the same thing 5 times in a row...and the same voice cuts itself off. I had to turn the sound down while it was being played. And sometimes when they talk...it looks like the old Japanese voice overs where their mouths are moving and it doesn't go with the voices at all. It reminded me of old school video games..and not good ones.

I would definitely recommend renting this game BEFORE you buy it. It may just save you $50-$60. Or if you really want to buy it to try it, definitely get it used. Its not worth the full price at all. You can get it used for around $20 on ebay if nothing else (I checked b/c he disliked it so much he doesn't want to keep it).

You have been warned. Those people claiming this game is fun or the best warhammer game are lacking some chromosomes and/or have never played a good strategy game. First off, the controls are hideous... NOT just a 'bit awkward'. Second of all, in order to see what is going on you have to be zoomed out so far that the game has no detail (not that zooming in helps much there either). I have played the same board like 15 times because even when you beat a board it doesn't save unless you complete a series of boards which the game claims as a level (I am assuming, as I have played the same 3 boards over and over and finally threw the game into the corner as it seriously isn't worth the time or effort). The game is incredibly repetitive. The overly repeated vocal tracks alone can drive you nuts. All in all... this game will be $9 in under 6 months.

This game is one of those great games that are fun to play with family and friends, and the one that you always end up playing over-and-over. It's great for people who like Crash Bandicoot games or just like to have fun. It has many great features such as: aventure-race through worlds to collect trophies, talismans, and relics to enter boss races, championships, etc. arcade1 or 2 player: the racing with other characters in one of different 25 tracks or a cup race. plus you get to shoot the other racers with rockets, bombs, trap them, ram them, hit them, push them off the road, almost anything you want. vs. 2player game with only each other to trick and beat this time. battle(a 2-player game) great!!! battle it out in an area where players can shoot each other with boms or rockets, ram each other, using all the powerups, trap each other onto tnts, etc.

A great game for people of any age!!

This game has it all! Great graphics (some of the best I have seen on the playstation), good sound (not annoying), awesome playability, good learning curve, longevity and a sense of humor.

This game is suitable for just about everyone, regardless of skill level or age. The easy controls, wide range of fun characters and cartoony graphics will appeal to younger gamers, but it is sufficiently challenging for the older gamer. Completing the game is a little too easy (I finished Arcade mode and Adventure mode within a month, and I'm not exactly a great gamer) but the time trials, relic races and multiplayer modes will keep even advanced gamers coming back for more.

I have played many racing games on the Playstation, Dreamcast and N64 including Wipeout 3, Micro Machines V3, Mario Kart, Wave Race 64, SnowBoard Kids and Diddy Kong racing, but this game beats them all.

Naughty dog did a great job on this game, just like they did on the previous Crash games.

I would recommend this game to anyone who owns a Playstation.

If you like mariokart you will like this game. The differences in gameplay are miniscule. Great multiplayer fun. If you have ps2 though, you need a ps1 multitap. There are codes to unlock more battlemode stages. I like mariokart64 better but this is a more than adequete game.

If you are familar with the Mario Party concept, you are familar with this game! If not, here you go: it is basically a set of head-to-head minigames. The concept is pretty simple. You start off with a race (there are seven different courses) and then you can play between one to three mini games (your choice) after each race. You can also choose the number of times you race, etc. There is a large number of mini games: more and more are unlocked as you play the game. Up to four people can play at a time.

As to the game, I will let my ten year old daughter take over: "This game is really fun. Because they have some funny comments and funny mini games. After each race, two pinates say funny jokes and the pinatas have funny dances and say funny things when they win. I think this game is good for kids between 6 and 13. My dad thinks it is fun too and he is forty something."

I should add that this game is entirely appropiate for any age range. If your kids like Viva Pinata, they will also like this game. Enjoy!

Great fun! But very different from the original. This is a bunch of mini competitions. The kids love playing against eachother. The graphics are good. My only complaint is there is too much talking in between the games and the pinata's don't always do what your controller is telling it to. But other than that i would reccomend it. My kids 4-10 love it!

I originally purchased this game because my fiancee loves Mario Party for the N64, and I wanted to get a game for our 360 that she would enjoy as much. After searching around for a little while, I found Viva Pinata Party Animals. I read several reviews of people comparing it to Mario Party, so I purchased it from Amazon.

After playing, I can say that the game is a nice attempt to recreate a Mario Party-like game, and while fun, it ultimately isn't as good.

For starters, the way the entire game is set up is that you do a race followed by 1-3 mini-game challenges. 3 is the highest number of mini-games you can do per race, so if you want to have a lengthy game, you're going to be doing 5-7 races just to get enough mini-games to be fun. I would have preferred the ability to play more games per race, or possibly even just make the races a mini-game themselves.

Which brings me to the races: they're fun, but pretty much pointless and easy for one player to dominate. It seems that no matter who I'm playing with, I win every single race. And yes, perhaps I'm better at it than everyone else because I'm a fairly seasoned gamer, but I think a game like this should be about equal for everyone, regardless of gaming experience. That's what makes party games fun no one wins all the time.

One thing that I like about Mario Party that's missing from Party Animals is the game board itself. The way Party Animals is played is that you do a race followed by 1-3 mini-games, and the characters get different amounts of candy for getting 1st-4th place, and the person at the end of the game that has the most candy wins, etc. You miss the nice luck/random chance element that comes with rolling the dice and being subject to wherever you land. In that sense, Party Animals plays less like a board game with some mini-games thrown in and more like a bunch of mini-games back to back.

For example, in Mario Party, you can land on Bowser and he might either take away a star or all your coins, which can move you from first to last place. In Party Animals, once you have your candy, it can't be taken away. Once someone pulls ahead of the pack, it's pretty hard to catch them.

Speaking of the mini-games, let's talk about those now. There is a nice variety, although several of them are very similar. You have some shooting games, where you have a reticule and you aim to shoot moving targets, some games where you have to press buttons in rapid succession to match a pattern you just watched, some games that involve hitting pinata stars with bats to burst them open, games that are simply about reflexes, counting games, games where you have to fight everyone else off to collect the most candy, and several other types. Each type of game has 2-4 varieties, not all of which are very different.

Overall, I'd say that Viva Pinata Party Animals is a great start for party games on the 360, but we need to refine this formula and produce more games that are a little bit closer to the Mario Party style. Not that I simply want a Mario Party for 360 I want something new and different. However, I think Mario Party has set a good bar for game makers to reach for when making party games.

Don't let my negative statements about this game make you think that it's not fun to play, as it still is. Notice that I did still give it 4 stars. If you enjoy party games, this is definitely worth checking out.

We first tried this as a Xbox demo download. I then decided we needed to buy this game, its full of mini games but they're cute. I am a 27 year old mother, and between me and my husband we have children ages 4, 8, and 12 that all like the game, and I play it too! You race at the beginning, and you start collecting points to place you, after each round. Various games to play, some you have to squash ants, some you have to eat apples as fast as you can. There are some where you count how many animals walks behind this "house" and how many come back out, and guess correctly. Almost all of the games you have to collect candy to help you to get the most points. You can select how many games you want to play in a row, I think they range like 1, 3, 5, and so on. You can play up to 4 players. Players can simply press start while someone else is already in the game, and join in the fun. I've never tried other Viva Pinata games, but after buying this we looked into the DS game and found out that one is nothing at all like this one, so that was disappointing. All in all, this is a fun game.

I have a 4 year old and 8 year old. We can no longer buy one player games as chaos over who gets to play erupts. This game is fabulous as the graphics on a HDTV are awesome, the sounds are lively and it does not cause any frustration because someone is not able to get to another higher level like some games. My kids LOVE this game. It is light-hearted and simple. It's like watching a cartoon for those who can't play when friends come over to play. While I love the mental challenge of Lego Indiana, etc. for the kids, they are laughing out loud while they play this. And that is equally fabulous.

Having enjoyed playing through the first Dead Space, I was looking forward to a good scare with a lot of action. I was not disappointed. Dead Space 2 improves in almost every way over its predecessor. From the beginning of the game, which had me jumping out of my seat, to the heart-pounding end, I was constantly on the edge of my seat. The action flows seamlessly, and it no longer feels like a series of fetch quests like in the original. The upgrades were more intuitive, and the suits just kept looking more awesome. There is one thing to note however. This game has a lot of gore. Way more than the first one. If that doesn't bother you, then fine, but if you are even slightly squeamish you would be better off letting other people play during some scenes. I may have developed a permanent fear of needles thanks to this game :) In summary:

PROS:

More intuitive gameplay flow

Better character and story development than compared to the first

Graphics are top-notch

The sound is perhaps the best I've experienced in a game

CONS:

Still not the most engulfing story in the world

Difficulty is completely brutal (for those of you who like a challenge this could be a PRO)

Believe the hype! Dead Space 2 is everything you could want and expect from a sequel. And then there's more! To date, this is the single scariest/goriest game I have ever played on a console. (Silent Hill, you used to be the victor but come on, it's 2011 and sometimes, you just gotta move on.) (I still say the original Dead Space is the scariest game I have ever played though, but since this is part of the same universe, it still counts!) What makes it scary though?

How about: the music, the creepy atmosphere, the darkness, the fact that you have to rely on the light from your flashlight throughout the entire game (forget Doom 3's flashlight, this is the real deal,) the screaming (from Isaac and others,) the hallucinations, the death animations, the monster sounds, the babies crying, Isaac's (now) warped/skewed perspective of reality, the gore, the blood, the setting and the story. In the same vein, as films like "Even Horizon" and "Sunshine," there is a good dose of story-telling and character setup though none of it is too ground-breaking. What I am trying to say is that while the voice-acting is above-average, it isn't spectacular. Isaac's character is believable this time around, which is a huge improvement and a definite plus from the first game since Isaac was pretty much mute (sorta like a certain physicist from a certain game about killing crabs that like to jump on heads...) Also, part of the whole Dead Space charm lies in the different weapons you use. Though you are ultimately using "mining" tools, the developers have gone the extra mile to show us that just about anything can really be made into a weapon. From the Plasma Cutter and Seeker Rifle to the Contact Beam and Javelin Gun (a personal favorite,) don't these all sound just oh-so-wonderful? And remember, this is a survival-horror/action/adventure-type game so, oh my! Bonus tip: hold down RT + B and Isaac immediately force-levitates any object in the game. This means that you can use jagged pieces of glass, sharpened sticks, surgery utensils, backpacks, anything you want to dispense sweet justice on the abominable Necromorphs that plague the Sprawl!

If there is anything to not like about the game, it is the Collector's Edition. Stay far away from it! The regular game is just fine, if not better (as far as the $/fun ratio is concerned!) Also, if you buy the game used, EA goes the let's-treat-this-console-game-like-a-PC-game by forcing you to purchase an online code just so you can play online with our friends! What is this all about? bad job EA! That is so 90s EA and not cool! Also, the game is very "very" punishing so if you are new to the whole survival-horror genre or just about any type of video game-style playing, then I would recommend the Casual mode. It's awesome because Dead Space 2 allows you to replay the game with all your previous boosts, perks, stats and weapons so replay-value is totally boosted to the x10 level. Go ahead and play on easy the first time around just to get the story. I know I did! Also, beating the two hardest difficulty modes also garners unique achievements and I know I love getting those rare achievements so this is a total bonus!

But uh, for those of you who like/need a number-based rating: 4.5/5.

I am a huge fan of the original Dead Space, it being the first game I bought for the Xbox 360 and the one I have gone back to constantly, and my hopes were suitably high for the sequel. The first game was a chilling at atmospheric game that was part Aliens and part Resident Evil, and Dead Space 2 retains the looks and feel while providing some marked improvements that fans of the original will love.

Set three years after the events of the first Dead Space, the main protagonist Isaac is confined to the mental ward of a hospital, suffering from dementia and haunting visions of his dead girlfriend, who comes to him in creepy flashbacks and cut scenes early in the game. The first acts of the game are rather hazy, as Isaac is suddenly freed from the hospital during an invasion of the Necromorphs from the first game, and when he escapes with his life and begins to make his way through the chaos that surrounds him. After being eased into the game through some expository dialogue, you don the space suit and obtain the weapons and then the real fun starts. The first thing that is noticeable from the start is that Isaac is more fleshed out as a character, having full dialogue and an intriguing back story. The secondary characters, some looking to help and others looking to harm him, are equally compelling and add a depth to the story that felt absent in the first game. The frightening Necromorphs are more aggressive than ever in Dead Space 2, and you will spend a good part of the game fighting them off along with a host of other nightmarish creatures. The key to survival is aiming at their limbs, and this leads to some tense firefights where you are surrounded by enemies and aiming becomes a frantic and sometimes frustrating endeavor. The weapons we know and love form the first game have also returned, including the Plasma Cutter, the Pulse Rifle, and my favorite, the Line Gun.

Dead Space 2 is every bit as creepy and atmospheric as the first game, but you will immediately notice that they have increased the gore and the frequency of the "jump" moments. Like any good horror movie, you will find yourself walking into a dark and eerily silent room, knowing that something is going to jump out at you. The graphics and sound of the first game set a gold standard for survival horror games and they are equally stellar here. Adding to the atmosphere are more varied locales, including hospital rooms, a concourse and, most creepy of all, children's bedrooms with bloody handprints on the wall. This adds up to an experience that feels fresher than the original Dead Space and you get less bored of travelling through space station areas that all look the same after a while. The gameplay is as tight as the original, with responsive controls and meaty weapons are are a pleasure to eviscerate enemies with. That I have noticed an improvement on are the controls in the Zero-Gravity areas, which were cumbersome in the first game but feel better here. Returning are your abilities with Stasis, which allows you to slow down enemies and grab far away objects. Using this skill is a life-saver, especially in the more hectic fights later in the game.

The other notable improvement is the online multiplayer, which consists of two teams of four people, one side being the soldiers and the other being the creatures found in the single-player campaign. The leveling up works like most other competitive online games; you earn points by getting as many kills, as few deaths, and assisting your teammates when they are overpowered. The points from levelling up allow you to upgrade equipment, armour and abilities and it works well for the most part. The only drawbacks are the high learning curve, especially when playing as a creature, and the lackluster performance of your weapons and stasis in the beginning. Some of my friends have complained about the connection issues with the servers and horrible lag, but I have yet to experience this myself. It's fast, frantic, and yes, a little frustrating. However, I look at the multiplayer as a bonus since I bought this for the campaign.

Overall, Dead Space 2 is a sequel that keeps the strengths of the original game while making some improvements that will please fans who are looking for something new. The single-player campaign is very solid and will keep you busy for 10 to 12 hours, depending on the difficulty chosen, and the multiplayer should satisfy your competitive streak once you get past the learning curve. I purchased the Xbox 360 version of the game, but the Playstation 3 version comes with Dead Space: Extraction, an on-rails shooters previously exclusive to the Wii, but I own this already so it didn't make a difference to me. Whatever version you choose, Dead Space 2 is a winner and is one of the first great games of 2011.

I'll be blunt, my biggest critiques of Dead Space 2 are the ones that I had with Dead Space leading me to believe the problem may be endemic with the whole series: lack of innovation with story and game mechanics. It's still Resident Evil 4 in space and the development team has done nothing bring originality beyond adding more weapons (which unless the player makes a conscious choice to pick and invest heavily in they probably won't be used, unless the player decides to have repeated playthroughs) and foes to cut up. I sincerely hope there is more originality in story and play styles in the next installment. However everything else, the voice work is excellent and the monsters and weapons are all still fun as hell to play around with (the ripper never gets old, ever and I admire the cojones for adding children enemies) and a real focus on item management keeps the game interesting and playable enough that I do not regret my purchase in the slightest.

This game, I'd have to say is probably the best sequal of any game yet. Actually, it's the best game ever. When i first heard about it, I was kindof skeptical about it since the lead producers of Dead Space 1 left and are now working on the new Call of Duty. I played Dead Space 1 almost religiously. I got all of the achivements for it, and i have to say that I'm going to get all of them for this game. The game is awesome. It's like 20 out of 10 awesome. There is nothing reallyw wrong with the game but I noticed that the game reveals the contents way faster than Dead Space 1. Ex: you get the plasma cutter, TK, and Stasis all in the first chapter. And the various necromorphs are revealed alot faster two. I would also like to say that, yes the game does have a video about dead space 1, but if you havent, beat Dead Space 1 first. It makes the game 10x better. And something else id like to mention that *Spoiler* the monster that regenerates his arms, like the one in dead space 1, i was hoping that you would need some sort of strategical way to kill him. But you never do. *end*

I ordered the Xbox360 Halo Edition because it was supposed to have the new Falcon chip. After reading the reviews from Amazon, some people received the xbox 360 with the new chip and some didn't. When I received my xbox 360 it was from Lot #733 so it was still the old chip. I believe the Lots #734 and up are the new Falcon chips. I was disappointed that I didn't get the new chip but it was still less quiet than my previous Xbox 360 that overheated. Besides that there is nothing wrong with the Xbox 360. It would have been nice to have gotten the new chip since it was supposed to prevent overheating but if this Xbox 360 runs well it doesn't matter if it has the Falcon or not and I will be happy.

Shipping was awesome!!! I ordered it Wednesday nite and I received it Friday afternoon on the Free shipping.

I ordered the XBox 360 Halo 3 Special Edition for my son, arrived quickly,

He played it a total of 5 times and the unit locked up. After a couple of grueling conversations with Microsoft it was determined that the power converter was bad. They gave me a work order number and asked that I send it to my local repair facility for repairs, but weren't sure that this was going to fix the problem. I asked if they were going to send me a pre-paid mailing lable and was informed that "NO We won't pay shipping to the repair facility, but we will repair it for free." I couldn't believe it, we paid 400.00 for this over priced gaming unit which worked for all of 5 days, only to be told that I had to pay shipping to have it repaired. You would think that a company as large as Microsoft, that makes as much money as they do would at least pay the shipping to warranty thier products. But no dice. After being thoroughly pissed off by Microsoft, I remembered reading some reviews where people had some problems with items bought on Amazon, and had returned/exchanged them.

I called Amazon, explained the problem and within minutes had my return shipping lable emailed to me, and was told that they would exchange or refund the item (MY CHOICE) NO QUESTIONS ASKED! AMAZON YOU ROCK!!!! Microsoft on the other hand......I wouldn't trade them for a warm bucket of spit......

The main reason to get this version right now is that you might be hard-pressed to find HDMI... this is no different than the xbox Elite, just cheaper and without the huge harddrive (which I don't need). The rechargeable controller is also a welcomed upgrade.

This is a great looking xbox. The detailing is great, and I was surprised to see that all of the orange areas were as reflective as mirrors nice!

I've been a long fan of Sony. I've been debating on which to buy next, the PS3 or the X360. I bought the X360, mainly for Halo 3!

Everything is wonderful and works great. All items worked just fine and was super easy to assemble, despite all the plastic wrappings and manuals. I also bought the HDMI chord for this, and let me tell you, the images on my flat screen are spectacular. The games I've played on this have looked amazing, and the movies looked better too!

The only bad thing is that the system is loud. I personally am not bothered by it, but I can see how others might be... especially if you can't put it somewhere enclosed... you'll then have ventilation problems.

Anywho, it's a good system and it looks real cool. It definitely earned me nerd points among my nerd friends for its looks, so thats kinda cool lol.

Black flag is a gem. I've always been a fan of the assassin's creed serious but I am by no means the type of person who will say the games are perfect, they each have their little flaws. Like AC3 was a good game but there was definitely something lacking to it. the frontier was a great change of pace how ever and in black flag they really push the combo of classic AC rooftop freerunning with the newer nature freerun stuff and it works amazingly. First off the technical problems present in the last game (like sometimes conner just wouldn't climb stuff that we know full well he can climb, or he'll just weirdly stumble to the side off a branch) are pretty much gone. There are some texture problems with the graphics every now and then but everything runs really solid.

One problem-they attempted to make the fighting harder because so many people complained it was to easy. Now some of the tougher baddies are almost impossible to hit unless you get into a really good combo, meaning you have to just run away sometimes.

I personally love the new present day plotline featuring you as the main character. Bold move breaking the fourth wall but it creates a unique experience that that I have been digging I must say

And the companion app works great on ipad for marking new waypoints, and for sending out ships from your fleet. Really makes things so much easier not to have to go into the pause menu every time you want to see the map, and waypoints you mark on the tablet map come up in your game immediately! I know this seems simple but, Im honestly blown away that this is thing.

On to the special edition itself.

Statue is sick. Comes with actual little rope that you put on yourself, so know how to tie an okay knot. Really nice details in his robe and the flag/wooden mast

Art book is sweet. A bit small (same size as an average dvd/ 360 game case) but its got some really great concept art that according to my understanding is not in the titan books art of AC IV. Seriously I love this art though, its mostly this cool impressionist stuff of the cities, islands, and boats. Not terribly big at 80 pages but its a good number of sweet pictures to feed your eyeballs as you rest them from so much pirating.

The flag is also pretty awesome, I was expecting it to be printed on the flag but the symbol is actually embroidered on that bad boy. See how its starting to make sense why its so expensive? haha

The soundtrack is amazing (the likes of which AC hasn't seen since the second game) both in the game and on the CD. The CD does not come in a little paper thing as it kinda looks in the picture but instead has its own spot in the steelbook game case, which is quite convenient since paper is no proper home for such awesome music.

The game itself comes in the steelbook, both discs are on the right with the soundtrack cd being on the left under the instructions.

All in all I've gotta say if youre an AC fan or a pirate fan (or both!) this set is actually worth the money for the quality and amount of stuff you get. And this is coming from a guy who usually waits until a game has dropped under thirty bucks to even think about buying it so yeah I'd say im a pretty hard sell.

Everything looked great the 18' figurine looks truly amazing and full of detail. My only complaint is that the flag that came with it was extremely wrinkled and they are a pain to get out.

Everything is great with this special edition, from the size of the statue and flag, to the game, and they finally made a steelbook case that houses all of the discs as opposed to Assassin's Creed III where you had the multi-player disc awkwardly in a case by itself. The only issue I had was that it came in a box three times to big and didn't have any padding so the outside got dinged up. This is definitely worth the price, but unless you want the outside messed up, DO NOT BUY IT FROM AMAZON! I also ordered the McFarlane action figure and for it to be put in a gift box so they crammed it into a box too small this time denting and ruining that packaging as well.

The quality of this headset is not what I expected. First of all, when the mute/volume control box isn't positioned just right, there is an annoying buzzing sound. This wasn't a huge deal since I have read other reviews for headsets, and it seems to be a pretty common problem in some of them. The biggest deal is that the mic tends to cut in and out when I'm talking to someone. It doesn't do it all the time, but it does it enough to aggravate me and the people trying to talk to me. My guess is that before long, this headset will just stop working. On a brighter note, when the mic isn't malfunctioning, the sound is really clear.

Oh, and I bought two of these. The buzzing problem is in both of them, but only one of them seems to have the mic function issue so far.

UPDATE: I was right. One of the headsets really did stop working (It hasn't worked for quite some time now). The cord extending from the part that hooks into the controller must be poorly made because the wires are showing. I don't just swing it around by that cord either, so it must have just pulled away from normal use of plugging the headset into the game controller. The other headset still works okay, but there is still the buzzing noise when the volume control box isn't placed just so. Maybe I just got a bad couple of headsets? Either way, next time I will probably just buy a basic Microsoft headset, or I will get a decently expensive headset in hopes that it will work better than these ones have.

Cheap and about to break, yeah it's 30 bucks but I would have rather saved my money and gotten something better, they could have made the plastic less flimsy and the bass is muffered when volume is up, there is a hissing sound when game is loading and the cheap ear cups get hot. It would be awesome if someone can make a good quality cheap headphone that doesn't cost more than a game.

This AMPX headset was the second headset that I bought for my 12-year old son. The headset microphone stopped working after a week and my son just stopped using it and is now using a basic microsoft headset. I did not have the option to return it as he did not tell me about the fact that it stopped working.

I have read some of the other reviews and come to the conclusion that the product does not meet expectations. It is hard to purchase something expecting it to work as intended and then it only works for one week!!!

I am not the user but I can tell you that I have purchased headsets for $10 and have worked very well. So, it is not all about price. There are decent products that do not cost a whole lot. I guess you just cannot help feeling swindled by a product that should work longer than a week.

I decided to buy this headset when my pair of turtle beaches broke. This headset was meant to be just a stop-gap to get me by until I could afford to pick up another quality headset. I saw a lot of negative reviews, but for 30 bucks I thought I would give them a try. I've had them for about a month now and I must say that it's not a terrible headset.

Pros-

It's a stereo headset, so you can hear all of the game action directly through the headset.

The mic works great. My friends online can hear me clearly.

Game sound is pretty good. Mic volume is pretty good.

Two different adjustable volume buttons, one for game volume, one for chat volume. Also a mic mute/unmute button.

Did I mention it's only 30 bucks?

Has a 1 year warranty.

Cons-

I read some reviews about a buzzing sound that was a problem with a lot of these headsets. Not a huge issue with my headset, but it does happen from time to time. Kind of a random problem. A majority of the times there is no buzzing, but every now and then I will pick up a faint buzzing sound from the headset. Really only noticeable during quiet moments while playing.

Headset feels a bit flimsy. You are going to have to be careful with it. Make sure not to keep it laying around. I don't think it would survive someone accidentally stepping on it.

Sound could be better. I am used to a high end pair of turtle beaches. I can definitely tell a difference in sound quality between this headset and my pair of turtle beaches that broke. Speakers are 40mm. So, not anything amazing. But definitely not bad for 30 dollars.

Overall I would recommend this product if you are not a hardcore gamer, or if you are looking for something cheap just to get you by till you can afford something better.
