I got this for my xbox360. Cable doesn't always work on first try. You have to wiggle it around to get it to work, then hope it stays working. This is the correct cable as described, but the picture is for the older cable which supported PS1/PS2 + GC/SNES/N64 + Original Xbox. This cable supports PS3 + Wii + Xbox360.

I had some trouble getting the plugs to fit properly at first, but it eventually fit. Once it did fit, everything worked well. I used this for my PS2.Best Deals for Universal S-Video/Audio Cable
I bought this cable to play a PlayStation 2 and GameCube on an HDTV. It's advertised to work with a GameCube and it doesn't even plug into one. Nowhere on the package does it say it will, so what's on the site is false. Plugging into composite ports gave me just as bad a picture and no sound as the original PS2 composite cable does and plugging into component gives me a decent, though black-and-white picture with sound. Do not buy this cable if you're looking to use it for a PS2 or GC!Honest reviews on Universal S-Video/Audio Cable

The product came packaged in a box that fit it perfectly. While the product was slightly difficult to open, it functioned as indicated for the Xbox 360 and Nintendo Wii. Is compatible with the Dazzle DVC100, and Pinnacle Studio 15.Sunday, November 9, 2014
The Sims 3 Plus Pets - PC/Mac Reviews
The pets expansion was the one I have been looking forward to since the launch of The Sims 3. And rightly so, it is very fun and the pets are more versatile than in The Sims 2. It is unfortunate that the key code for The Sims 3 install were incorrect. Do not bother calling customer support. Here are some keys for the base game that work:

It is not stealing because you all bought the game. Happy simming!
Talking to EA's online help requires you to provide all 3 keys for the game (Sims 3, Pets, and Exclusive Content) to get new ones. They also require you to sign and date the original Sims 3 and Pets registration code pages, scan them, send them to EA support, and send a copy of your Amazon receipt. Signing the registration key page might cause problems if you need to return the game to Amazon if your replacement keys also don't work.
EA online support personnel were very unfriendly and unapologetic about the situation, which is very surprising given that the defective keys are EA's issue to begin with.
Bottom line: fun game, but be prepared to spend over an hour with online support trying to get working CD keys. It's a fun game otherwise.
Update: After several failed attempts to get the issue resolved with EA customer support, I had almost given up and written this purchase off as a loss. I decided however, to try them just once more and was very pleasantly surprised at the results. On my final attempt to contact EA games, I was almost instantly connected to a customer service rep who helped me resolve the issue within minutes over the phone, and was even given a code for a discount towards my next EA purchase. Although I was very frustrated at first, EA did a good job in the end and has restored my faith in the company. The game itself is running fine on my computer and I haven't experienced any bugs or problems with it. In fact, I recently purchased the "Ambitions" expansion and had no issues with the installation of that game either.
As for the gameplay, it was enjoyable but confusing to me. I've been playing the sims 2 for years now, and I've always more than enjoyed the games. I was a little late on the ball getting this one, and frankly, it was a bit of an impulse buy. I wasn't too crazy about it at all.
The want system, and the careers, and the faster draining needs drove me up the wall! I felt like there was so much going on at once that it tired me out! You have to be following every sim every second, or they'll do something crazy like... go cheat on their wife with a man out of the blue! Very frustrating for me.
Perhaps, with time, it will get easier to do the deranged multitasking this game requires, but until then i will be diluting my sims 3 playtime with the far less hectic sims 2, where a 6 person household seems calmer than a 2 person sims 3 household.

Game is fun and arrived quickly, but major headache with the game registration codes. The registration codes included with the "Sims 3 + Pets Expansion" version give you installation errors and prevent you from finishing installation of either disc. This is detailed in a 10/18/2011 post on the Sims 3 websiteTalking to EA's online help requires you to provide all 3 keys for the game (Sims 3, Pets, and Exclusive Content) to get new ones. When you try to install the game you are prompted to enter a serial code that is included with the instruction booklet. Upon doing so, it told me that the serial code was invalid and would not allow me to continue with the installation. On my first attempt to contact customer service, I was disconnected after waiting on hold for over 45 minutes. My second attempt to get help with this issues also resulted in failure, I was on hold for almost 3 hours and the battery in my phone died before I was connected to a customer service rep. I've read many posts on various websites from people who have experienced the same problem. Even if you do manage to get the game installed, which seems to be quite the accomplishment, there are many glitches that drastically affect game play. The Sims is a great series, but until they get some of these issues sorted out I can't recommend that anyone purchase this title. Paying customers deserve a little bit better than this. I'm very disappointed because I was really looking forward to this game. :(Update: After several failed attempts to get the issue resolved with EA customer support, I had almost given up and written this purchase off as a loss. So, I just got this game today and happened to get on amazon to read reviews about it before I opened it. I tried using the codes that came with the game for installation, and they didn't work like everyone was saying. I googled solutions to the problem and found a website that said to use the red Pet store insert that came in the box to download the pets expansion pack, and it worked. They said you can also use the code for its intended purpose. Hope this helped :)Find helpful customer reviews and review ratings for The Sims 3 Plus Pets - PC/Mac

Cheap Karaoke Revolution Glee: Volume 2 Bundle - Nintendo Wii
Customer Ratings:
List Price: $39.99

Just got the Glee Karaoke 2 bundle, and it's SO MUCH FUN. I have volume 1, and it's great, but vol. 2 has much better songs (even though #2 only has 20 songs and #1 has almost 30).
More features have been added to the game, including a "versus" setting, where you can compete against each other, as well as new audio features and voice applications. While it's essentially the same format as Glee vol. 1, it's more refined.
HOWEVER. As you may have read from other reviews: two songs are missing--"Ice Ice Baby" and "Pink Houses." For God knows what reason, you have to unlock these songs. Luckily, a little Google magic helped me find the codes:
Unlock code for "Pink Houses": DD6C62
Unlock code for "Ice Ice Baby": A64112
Hope that helps!
and I would of liked it to be like "rockband" where there is "NO Vocal" mode so you can hear YOURSELF SING no try and hear yourself with one of the glee kids.
its so dissapointing. maybe Konami will listen and make the next one with a Auto Tune and "Turn OFF The Vocals Mode" for Us GLEEKS!
i dont understand why they didnt imlement that in the first game, who wants to try and hear themself sing to Merecedes ,Finn, Kurt and Rachel? It would be nice if you could TURN IT OFF!!
grrr
There's also the MAJOR PROBLEM that two of the songs listed on the box (Pink Houses & Ice Ice Baby) AREN'T EVEN IN THE GAME! There are only 18 songs to sing.
Song list:
Bad Romance
Beautiful
Beth
Boy Is Mine
Dream a Little Dream of Me
Dream On
Gives You Hell
Good Vibrations
Hello, I Love You
House Is Not A Home
Ice Ice Baby**
Jessie's Girl
Lady Is A Tramp
Like A Virgin
Over The Rainbow
Pink Houses**
Shout It Out Loud
To Sir, With Love
Total Eclipse of the Heart
U Can't Touch This

SO disappointed by this. Terrible selection of songs. There are 20 songs listed on the box 12 of them are male tunes. Now don't get me wrong, some are good songs. For example, I love "Lady Is A Tramp", but it's too low in Puck's octave, and it's too high to take it up to the next octave. Call me crazy...I doubt most of the people buying this game are tenors and basses. Where's the Madonna songs, or the Journey songs from the finale? Why are there rap songs included? Does anybody really want to do rap-karaoke? What's the point? There's also the MAJOR PROBLEM that two of the songs listed on the box (Pink Houses & Ice Ice Baby) AREN'T EVEN IN THE GAME! Best Dynasty Warriors 8 - Xbox 360 Deals

I first picked up DW at DW5 (2005) and have since managed to plow through all the DW, DW:E, DW:O, SW, and even DW:G, and it has largely felt like a downhill ride with improving graphics and deteriorating gameplay.
Fortunately I think KOEI got that message loudly from fans after DW7, and Dynasty Warriors 8 is a serious attempt to change that perception (are you watching, Namco?). And it's a really good attempt. For the first time since DW5, the game feels solid, sometimes even challenging certainly a change from the cakewalk gods-among-us gameplay of the last couple iterations. This is done through better attention to character strengths, personal moves, a much better-told story mode, and improved costumes. It is not done at the expense of graphics, which are more lush than they've ever been. While this makes DW8 the prettiest DW game, it means there's still some serious lag at times on the Xbox 360.
One of the first things you'll notice is the maps are much larger than they've been. An average map now is the size of the largest from DW6. While many of the maps will look familiar, others have been completely reworked. The Stone Sentinels is now a much cooler maze, and Hefei Castle is now castle-sized, not a small sandcastle on a hill. For the veteran DW player this is a welcome change, but for the initiate to the series, the constant mission-running from one side of the map to the other may get tiresome (although to KOEI's credit, this is done far less than in DW6).
The combat engine is a little refined, though it remains largely in-tact from DW7. The best improvements are things like being able to jump on your horse while moving, hitting vessels from your horse almost always grabs what's inside, Switch Counter which allows you to precisely counterstrike, and the three different mousou attacks. These are very smooth and easily executed with a little skill, making the game just a little bit less about slamming X.
The upgrade from DW7's career mode is the new Ambition Mode, in which you fight a series of skirmishes to gain gold, glory, and fame. While it should be a cool mode, in reality it's a storyless (and often joyless) rote button-mashing exercise with no tactics or thinking required, making it one of the weaker parts of a strong game. UNTIL...
Online! Yay for finally getting DW online! In theory. Seriously, online was the part I was most excited for in the new game; the idea that you could play a battle with other players playing the other officers is long overdue. But I have rarely found anyone online, and never in the story mode. Which is sad. I hope DW8:E will pick up more online players for what should be the selling highlight of the game.
Though DW8 does not have the DW4-era tactics that some veteran players had hoped, there is plenty of significant improvement to warrant purchase. For the buyer new to the series: this isn't CoD, this is a good old-fashioned button-mashing arcade game and you'll need to get that to enjoy it. See you online!
The graphics are improved from 5 which is what I last played so I enjoy them more. The new characters and story line make it worth while. You can easily spend the greater part of 8-12 hours depending on how you play on 1 kingdom, and you only play a limited amount of the characters you could have. Load times are decent when disc only, installing to your hard drive speeds it up tremendously.
One thing I enjoy is the different characters you can play as the game progresses on. It's more accurate to the lore as characters die along the campaign and you have to move on to playing someone else.
One grievance I have is the map repetition. There are a few levels that are reused but you have different start/end points and have different functions during them. I would have preferred unique maps each time but I understand it's time consuming to produce a new map for every battle when you can change different areas around to meet your needs. Another is in game the scenery and graphics can bog down and become slow motion like where everything is super slow from everything happening around you. It does happen but it's on a few specific maps. Some maps are fine and you never have a problem. Others it happens every time. I think it may be attributed to too many particle effects, but I'm not sure.
Another feature I enjoy are the pre-battle areas where you can get hints at different things from characters to what happens in battle from the soldiers and other officers.
There are other aspects I enjoyed but I will cut it off here and let you enjoy it yourself. Overall I would give the game a 8.5/10. Mostly taking off points for map repetition and graphics optimization (slowing down during game play), otherwise this is a brilliant game that I think everyone would enjoy in hack and slash type gaming.

Review of Duke Nukem
I love Duke Nukem from PC and Playstation. While I must admit this game is fun it can in no way live up to the other system versions. I missed alot of the sick jokes that make Nukem games so fun. Like after you shoot a pig with a rocket launcher, Duke would say something like "Mmmm I smell bacon". Stuff like that. Still it's worth it.
GRAPHICSBloody, Duke will walk no more than 5 feet and see blood all over the wall, not that that is a bad thing. Now I have to admitt that the detail is really nice and colorful, but Duke himself is rather bland. Oh and the cut scenes are awsome!
SOUNDThe shotgun sounds great, but as unfortunate as it is, every weapon after that sounds exactly the same. On a positive note, the game does have an impressive soundtrack.
GAMEPLAYThis is where the game wrecks everything that it otherwise had going for it. Slow movement, fast bullets, almost impossible to dodge. The game runs in five simple steps.
1.shoot
2.see the awsome blood effects
3.get shot
4.find health
5.repeat
In conclusion, the game is good, you just know how to work with it, but most players will find this a frustrating, hit and run miss.

Cheap OUYA Wireless Controller
Customer Ratings:
List Price: $49.99
Sale Price: $41.68
Today's Bonus: 17% Off

Do not believe the grossly negative reviews of this control or the OUYA itself; the hardware is all very well built. Early weaknesses in the controller have been corrected for the retail release. All the buttons and sticks feel very solid, the controller itself has a nice heft to it, and is comfortable in my hands. I'm not sure I would rank it at the same build quality as xbox and PS3, but it's very close. The $50 price feels a bit high, since the console+control is $100.
Concerning lag/glitchyness/bugs/etc... In my experience, all the control problems I have run in to have been software related. A lot of the games available on OUYA have so far been direct ports of mobile/tablet games and the developers did not take a lot of time to convert things over to a console with a tranditional controller. Some games DO have some button lag, and others do not, but it so far has been nothing I can blame on the controller itself.
Second, I find that the d-pad and the main (O-U-Y-A) buttons are really stiff, and sometimes the O doesn't register.
Third, the touchpad at the top is usable, but very sensitive, and would prefer games didn't use it for primary features. The one game that I've tried that used it for level selection was cumbersome, and using it for keyboard input is just painful.
It's not nearly the nicest controller feel I've used, which would probably be a tie between the later Sega controllers, or several USB Logitech controllers I've used (PS2 layout).
On the positive side, the size is much better for me than the xbox-360 controllers, which I find too small. I also think the weight/balance is nice as well. They feel really sturdy.

For the most part, I got the Ouya because I felt it would be a great platform for retro game emulators. Most of my time so far has been with the SuperGNES (SNES Emulator), and has been fun. I've also played with a few others, and liking it a lot.
I think that there is a lot of potential for the platform, but think the "discover" section could use a little bit more work. It would be nice to be able to see say a youtube video clip of games prior to download/install. One of the most popular games is nearly a GB in size, when you have limited storage space (you can't yet install games to USB) you really need to add more tools to see what a game is like before downloading.
On that note, a "Media" category, for entertainment feeds, such as netflix, amazon video, revision 3, etc, would be nice as well.
But all these issues either have been addressed or are in the process of being addressed.
As for what I think? I love it. The controller, minus some initial launch issues, is one of the best controllers I have ever used. I like it better than the Dualshock and the Wii Classic Controller Pro. (my only two reference points) It is comfortable to hold and feels well balanced. The buttons, triggers and analog sticks are all smooth and sturdy. This is no Madcatz controller. This is what you would expect from a first party hardware dev. The only quirks I have seen is with the battery compartment being accessed through the faceplate and the touchpad which doesn't get utilized near enough.
I have plans to start using this controller for my PC rather than my Wii Classic Controller Pro. It is that good.

Early OUYA controllers had problems. People have said they felt cheap, the buttons got stuck or they didn't press well, and the covers fell off. Ouya promised to fix the problem, and it certainly appears as if they have. These post-public release controllers are much improved. They fit well in the hands and are neither too heavy nor too light, the buttons work perfectly, and I just don't have a single complaint about them!Best Deals for OUYA Wireless Controller
First, of the four controllers that I got one has a bad right direction button on the pad, which happened to be my first controller synced the first time I booted. I didn't know that I just had to reboot the Ouya to connect another controller as my #1.Second, I find that the d-pad and the main (O-U-Y-A) buttons are really stiff, and sometimes the O doesn't register.

Honest reviews on OUYA Wireless Controller
I have not been disappointed, at all. It works as well as a PS3 or Xbox controller. There is one weird thing, the way you install the batteries. There should have been instructions. I was afraid I was going to break it, trying to figure out how to install the batteries. I did not, but the fear was there. I would purchase another if I had the need.Find helpful customer reviews and review ratings for OUYA Wireless Controller
First of all, yes there were some launch issues. Yes some Kickstarters have been having trouble getting their Ouyas on time. Yes the controllers had a lot of lag before the latest firmware updates. Yes the buttons got stuck under the faceplate in early controller models. But all these issues either have been addressed or are in the process of being addressed.

Cheap No More Heroes: Heroes' Paradise - Playstation 3
As a long time fan of the original NMH on the Nintendo Wii, I was happy to see the PS3 "Heroe's Paradise" port make it to the NA market.
This review focuses on the port and its differences from the original rather than the game itself and is intended for those who have already played NMH on the Nintendo Wii.
SCE's addition of the Move made it an obvious candidate for Move support as NMH was one of the handful of games I personally found to be enhanced in the fun factor on the Wii due to the addition of motion controls. In all fairness these are basically limited to vertical shaking (to recharge the Beam Katana), rapid circular motions (during weapons clashes) and motion specific slashes (finishing moves or throws), but I still found them more satisfying than basic game pad controls. Many of the mini-games dispersed throughout NMH also make fair use of motion controls, which have, for the most part, been replicated with the Move.
While the game is fully playable with both the original SIXAXIX controller or the DS3, the game may lose some of its charm for those who originally played it on the Wii, so for those players, Move is the preferred controller choice.
Despite the better technology utilized by the PS Move over that of the original Wii motion controls (back in Q1 2008), there are some flaws with the PS3 port, in particular, responsiveness. This was never an issue with the original Wii code yet the failure to recognize user input flawlessly with the PS Move has been an issue regularly during play testing, whether that's due to the tolerances being tighter or simple unoptimized port code, I can't comment.
What the port does offer over the original is 1280x720 native output resolution, which is quite an improvement over the original's 720x480. Small details and distant object renders are now visible and the general issue of jagged/stepped pixel visuals (which are simply characteristic of any game on the Nintendo Wii) has been drastically reduced on HD displays. Texture-wise, I'm noticing bump maps where there were either none or just weren't noticeable on the Nintendo Wii, making the characteristic NMH flat shaded texture work look considerably less flat.
Additions the the Heroe's Paradise edition include new "dream sequences" spaced in-between boss fights, featuring characters from NMH2: Desperate Struggle, which can be unlocked to play against in the new score centric boss fight mode (scores uploaded to online leaderboards). Also added was the ability to watch cut scenes after they have been unlocked while in Travis' apartment, a minor (and somewhat hidden) feature that is nonetheless a welcome addition for those who enjoyed NMH for the over the top storyline and cut scenes.
Other negatives include a significant amount of frame tearing under many conditions (something that was a non-issue on the Wii's SD visuals) which points to poorly optimized code as the visuals of NMH are anywhere between extremely modest and sub-par for a console that features games with visuals such as Killzone 3, Uncharted 2, etc. Intentionally stylized was where the art direction went with NMH (much like Valkyria Chronicles or the more recent Catherine) rather than any attempt at photorealism, yet this works perfectly for the manga/anime style story of Travis Touchdown and No More Heroes.
As a budget title, NMH is worth a second trip for PS3 owners who enjoyed the original (it was this reviewer's most played Wii game dating back to Q1 2007) due to the enhanced resolution, modestly updated visuals and minor additions. For those who haven't, even as a game that dates back to 2007, the bizarre storyline and over the top characters will still appeal to many, particularly those who delve into the odder side of Japanese pop culture and anime.
While not a perfect port (it's actually fairly flawed due to the screen tearing issue, slower game save times, and Move controller responsiveness that is actually worse than that of the Nintendo Wii Remote), it is still No More Heroes and the world of Santa Destroy looks sharper and more detailed than it ever has.
I'm an optimist, so let's start with the good. Quite frankly, this game has some of the best cutscenes I've ever seen in a video game. I'm saying that while openly stating that the graphics are pretty awful for a PS3 game. However, the sense of humor and style in each of the boss scenes will at the very least elicit a chuckle out of you, which is something that most new games fail to do. I openly cracked up laughing during one of the scenes when Travis is asked if he feels fear, and his response is "Wouldn't know, never felt it." It's somewhat reminiscent of the movie Kill Bill, except with more humor and less intellectualism. In addition, the boss battles are truly entertaining. There's a great deal of variety, and each boss has his/her own distinct sense of style. You have 10 assassins to kill to get to the top, and you'll have a blast with every single one of them.
Now let's get to the bad. Quite frankly, any battle that isn't a boss fight is dreadfully boring. It essentially boils down to hold down the lock on button to block every single attack (there's almost no reason to let go of this button ever) and then spam buttons until the enemies die. The motion gimmick where you flick the controller in a direction to finish off an enemy may have been fun when the Wii was new, but now it's just a jarring and unwelcome interruption during combat. Pretty much every fight boils down to holding down L2, and spamming triangle and square until everything dies. I got so bored, I was literally watching youtube videos while playing the levels leading up the bosses. With the combat out of the way, No More Heroes has its own city which you can navigate in a GTA style fashion. Except...there's no reason for the city to be there at all because there's NOTHING in it. If there are only a few places you can visit (less than 10), why bother creating a huge city to house it? They might as well just have designed the city like your bedroom, and have you just select the destination. The sandbox style city construction isn't conducive to anything when there's absolutely nothing to do in the sandbox... Another gripe of mine is the saving. It's a huge pain in the ass. To save, you have to enter a restroom. It takes about 10 seconds just to enter the restroom, then it has to load, then you have to watch another 10 seconds of Travis sitting down on the toilet, and then toilet paper wrapping across the screen. Then you press save, and it takes 20-30 seconds at times, then you have to watch him stand back up, it has to load again, and then you'll reappear at the main screen. Saving shouldn't be a two minute endeavor! The game wasn't hard enough to justify saving since I wouldn't die, and I hated dealing with saving so much that I would only save when I was planning to turn the game off. It doesn't need to be that damn annoying!
So anyways, this is a lengthy review so I'll try to sum it up. If you're the kind of gamer that actually loves watching cutscenes (think Metal Gear), you'll probably enjoy this game because the cutscenes are quite amusing. And basically, that's what this games boils down to. I found myself playing just because I wanted to see the cutscenes, and the actual game itself was just a punishment I had to endure before watching the scenes. I know, I know, I could just youtube the cutscenes but for some inexplicable reason my brain tells me that that would be "cheating." The boss battles are an exception of course, the boss battles are fantastic. With that said, if you're the kind of gamer who hates cutscenes, repetitive gameplay, or button-mashing style beat em ups, this game is really not for you. I can almost guarantee that you will hate it. 90% of the game really does boil down to holding the lock on button and mashing on square and triangle.
With that said, I hope this review was helpful, I know the diehard No More Heroes fans out there will want to murder me but I tried to be as objective as possible.
And really, the awful translations and dialogue really are part of the charm of this game. Santa Destroy is a bland city, but for some reason I love it, and the story that's being told. For $40, this probably isn't a good buy, but for $30 and under it's a worthy addition to your collection if you have a dark sense of humor.
People complain about the job missions but they are not bad and very few are annoying. On average they last 2-3 min anyway. The battle stages are awesome and have very interesting boss battles.
Honestly I tend to dislike open world games, but this one does it right, in fact better than most. While the world is a lot less detailed than GTA or red dead redemption, almost everything has a purpose. Everything I do in the open world helps lead me to my next fight. That is called MOTIVATION boys and girls. A lot of the Rockstar games are garbage because they fail to offer in game motivation for doing anything in the open world. They are the equivalent of virtual ADD since you are surrounded by meaningless distractions that do not cause any development or forward momentum at all. OK, so if you think its like that, and you enjoy those immersive environment based games, the open world will feel shallow to you.
The battles are a combonation hack n slash with some times button presses and elements that discourage mindless mashing.
This game contains some screen tearing that normally pisses me off, but it is so unique and fun that I almost do not notice. Driving around the overworld was unwieldy at first but you will get the hang of it. There is some odd stuff going on with collision while on the bike also. This is why I docked the game a star.
In the end I think how much you like this game may rest on how you feel about the style of it and how much you can look past blemishes to appreciate the unique aspects.
***I cannot compare to the wii version and used a dualshock durring my playthrough (not Move).
I did run into quite a few screen tearing issues and glitches (DLC Saber/Mine Mission, Bike getting stuck next to objects), but those are little things and not really game breaking. I know this sounds like a 4 or 5 star review, but I gave it a 3 star because it becomes a really short game after playing it once. You can get to Rank 1 in a matter of a few hours if you decide to skip all the side mission tasks.
If Amazon allowed an extra half star to their review system, I would add that half star just for the amount of fun I had while playing this. Good game.

So I've been playing this game for a couple of hours and I think I'm ready to lay down my verdict. I hate the term, but No More Heroes could certainly be called a "guilty pleasure." Crass language, over-sexed characters, glitchy graphics... But honestly, I loved this game on the Wii and I love it more on the PS3. The graphics have vastly improved coming over to the world of HD, but they're still average when compared to the PS3 library of games. The horrible bike driving remains, and some extra boss battles from NMH2 have been added. My first introduction to Suda51 was Shadows of the Damned. I really enjoyed the quirky, adult humor and characters of that game. It also made me want to try one of his most well known games, No More Heroes. It's quite interesting reading the reviews for the PS3 version, because the majority of people who have played the original Wii version don't sound all too impressed with this copy of the game. As for me being an individual who never played the original, I can definitely say it was one of the more enjoyable PS3 games I've had pleasure to experience, simply due to the fun factor. Shadows of the Damned was "ok" and cute (yes, you read that correctly, I said cute), but I didn't enjoy it as much as NMH. In No More Heroes, the story is cheesey, completely dumb and waaaaay over-the-top. That may sound like a negative to some people, but I found it works so well in this. It's like if Quentin Tarantino suddenly became obsessed with Star Wars one day and decided to make a game, only to reference it like crazy. The story, gameplay, side missions and bosses in No More Heroes never got old for me, even after three playthroughs. The upscaled graphics I thought looked nice as well.I did run into quite a few screen tearing issues and glitches (DLC Saber/Mine Mission, Bike getting stuck next to objects), but those are little things and not really game breaking. Review of Drop shot, Auto-aim, Jitter Xbox 360 Modded Controller COD MW3
My 11 year old son says "this controller is epic!" I was a little nervous to spend the money on this type of product but it has been well worth it. The product came quickly and when I had a question about set up, on a Saturday afternoon, they were very helpful when I called with questions. Very satisfied with this product and company.
The transparent thumbsticks feel a little different than my other controllers. They seem a little more grippy or rubbery, but in a good way. Took a little bit to get used to it but after getting used to it I'm pleased. The thumbsticks and d-pad don't really match the byxa buttons, but it still looks cool. Maybe they can do transparent buttons in the future? I tried looking to see if they were available on Amazon but didn't find any. If you can change that the controller will be even more perfect than it already is?
Oh and the mod is flawless too.. My K2D is COD went way up. In Black Ops try the FAL with rapid fire and drop shot, or drop shot and jitter and its a beast.

This controller looks great. The red definitely compliments the shell. I didn't even realize from the pictures that it came with red LEDs, so that was a pleasant surprise :)The transparent thumbsticks feel a little different than my other controllers. Review of Xbox Plantronics Gamecon Halo 2 Headset No Communicator
Plantronics has always been the leader in headset communications, and bringing their technology to the X-Box is a step in the right direction. The new GameCom H2 Xbox Headset by Plantronics is a great step up from the original X-Box Live headset. First of all, it's more comfortable for the long hours spent playing your favorite X-Box Live games. Second, it eliminates outside noise which was a problem with the original Live headset.
One thing you need to know about this headset is that it doesn't come with an adapter. The original adapter that came with X-Box Live works with this headset, so if you've used the older headset, you're ready to play.
Overall, it's more comfortable and the sound is more clear, but you'll need the adapter to plug in and play.
I hope this review helped the uncertain buyers out there!

Having been working for the U.S. Air Force for some odd time, the noise in a cramped jet cockpit with a 30,000 lb-thrust jet engine just 20 feet behind you, the noise is just too unbearable and they give us laboratory designed and tested earpices that REALLY help, and might I add these things are perfectly balanced and have the perfect noise-cancelling levels like the ones we get. So if someone in your living room was talking to you, everyone in the Xbox wouldn't hear, but it only takes a soft voice for them to listen and instead of the garbled and echoy noise you get on the standard headset, this comes out crisp and clean. Also it comes with 4 interchangable earpieces (Large and small of rubber and large and small of foam composition.) Now if it had big enough jacks, I'd bring this in the plane with me. Believe me, this thing is worth it's money and then some.Best Deals for Xbox Plantronics Gamecon Halo 2 Headset No Communicator
This headset is probably the best xbox live recommended headset to date. Everything on the earpiece is adjustable to fit every size of ear. The big xbox live headsets are uncomfortable and begin to hurt after about a half hours use. Wearing the Halo 2 headset i actually forgot that I was even wearing it because it is so light. They have just released a new version of this headset that also comes the communicator with no difference in price. I greatly recommend this headset to anyone that plays xbox live on a regular basis.Honest reviews on Xbox Plantronics Gamecon Halo 2 Headset No Communicator
Great headset that is very comfortable over long periods of time. Very good sound quality, and, from what I've gathered, sounds great on the other end of Xbox headsets too. It eliminates outside sounds which is great. The only negative I have is that the first couple of times you use it, you wonder how to put the danged thing on. I eventually learned that looking at the directions can help! Awsome headset that is well worth the 50 dollars.Find helpful customer reviews and review ratings for Xbox Plantronics Gamecon Halo 2 Headset No Communicator
Well I bought this headset but the pricetag wasn't on it. I didn't bother scanning it because I only thought it would be about $20-$30. I went to the register and it came up as $49.99. What the f is that? How does a headset cost as much as a game? And get this...you have to spend another $30 or so just to get the communicator. Of course I couldn't find a stand alone communicator so I had to buy the Microsoft Headset that comes with the communicator just to make the Halo 2 headset work. What a freakin scam. All together you will spend at least $70-$80 just to get the thing to work. There is some good though. The ear piece fits nicely and secure. It fits right on top of my ear nice and easy. Although after long periods of play my ear will feel like it is stuffed up like being on a plane. That may be because it is too deep in my canal. The sound is great. Everything is real clear. I haven't used my Microsoft headset yet so I can't compare the two, but the Halo headset is good quality. I don't recommend this product over Microsoft's but I also don't dis-recommend it. The choice is yours though if you want to spend close to $100 on everything you need to get this to work.Sunday, May 18, 2014
Buy Qanba Q1 PS3 & PC Joystick (Fightstick)
Pretty much sums it up, the stick feels great especially if youre a beginner, but a more experienced fg player will want to replace the parts, particularly the balltop because the threading in it is not metal but just drilled into the plastic so it doesn't always reliable stay on. However the dual compatability between pc and ps3 is awesome, there's not even a switch to flip. After replacing all the qanba standard parts with sanwa buttons and a jlf, the stick inputs perfectly and suprisingly weighs enough to not move around when playing in my lap, which is suprising because it appears to be very light. It's an amazing product for its price and I can't recommend it enough, to the beginner as a starter stick and to a veteran as something that could, when tuned up, be used at a competitive level.
Had it for two weeks, used it for close to 80 hours... couldn't be happier so far.
If you're taking it apart to replace the gate, note that one screw is hidden under the small QA sticker on the back. Took me a minute to find it.
Amazing quality compared to cheap brands.
The only problem I had with this product is that the cord is a bit short.

This was my first stick, takes getting used to but i like the feel. One of the things I can nitpick about is that i wish the buttons took a little less force to press. Coming from a controller which hardly takes much effort to press buttons, this throws off precise combo links in street fighter 4. That aside i do like my purchase its very sturdy and nice looking.Honest reviews on Qanba Q1 PS3 & PC Joystick (Fightstick)

For the price, this stick is unbeatable. It's sexy and the quality is more than splendid. The bottom of the Fightstick has rough surfaced rubber pieces on the grip and elsewhere that prevent slippery movements on a smooth surface. The only problem is that the counter mount is made of plastic as well, even though it holds the stick very well banging it with your hand out of anger can possibly break the mount. But the upside is that you can easily remove by unscrewing the bottom with a screw driver and pulling the switches in the forward direction. The only shame is that the wire cannot be any long due to USB's limitations.Thursday, May 8, 2014
Buy Power Stone 2
Four stars is pretty good when I rate a video game, but low and behold, this game is great. This series started off with the silent Power Stone which was a free roaming fighting game with interactive boards. This aint' no classical way to fight like 2D games like Street Fighter or Marvel vs. Capcom, this is the first of its kind, and its pretty [darn] good.
Everything I hated about Power Stone has been fixed and Iam pleased to say they did a bang up job. To start with the characters would be silly since the selection is sparse and is not relevant to the whole gaming experiance. This game soley relies on using your environment to your advantage. For example, there is a gun turret on the boat, to rid of your enemies best, hop on the turret and blast them out of the water. Fun and a great alternative to fighting. In the game, Capcom added a new feature wich allowed you to buy wepons and items in the Item Shop, just like Marvel vs. Capcom with Secret Factor. The levals have been touched up with a new twist, the environments change. Yes, hard to believe but if your boat is off course, there is a possibility that it can hit and iceberg and the boat could sink and you would be forced to climb onto the iceberg. This all happens and you are still fighting.
This sequal has new characters, new [changing] environments, four-player mayhem, and new wepons and items that will make this a worthy game to buy for fans of the original. For those of you who have never tried the orginal, give it a whirl. I have two knocks on this game, one is no network play and two is its confusing with four players. These knocks are minor and so small, it dosent affect the game. Check it out, this is one not to pass up.
Taking a cue from the possibly over-hyped Dead or Alive 2, Power Stone 2 brings level-interactivity in a fighting game to new heights. Using a 3/4 perspective view, one can do more than strafe around an enemy or hop over them. One can do A LOT more. Such as what, you ask? Well, how about hopping into gun turrets on submarines, before they submerge, and blasting away? Or how about uprooting a pole from the ground and making a home run with the nearest enemy? Anyway, a whole new level of interactivity.
Power Stone 2 also has something for the unlocking crowd out therean item buying and mixing mode. By playing through the game in "adventure" mode, you accumulate items, which can be then sold at the item shop. More importantly, however, is the fact that you can mix them together, and create new, never-before-seen items! You could do this for days! Weeks!
Dishing out the damage against three opponents is entertaining, and leads to some good strategy in what is otherwise a very simplistic combat engine. And it's a good thing that the combat is simplesometimes it's hard enough just trying to figure out where your damn character is after they've been swatted with a tennis racquet.
And that is my only real problem with the gamesometimes it's hard to figure out what the heck is going on. Well, that and the occasional cheap shot from one of the bosses. Certainly nothing to cry about.
However, with entertaining characters, great gameplay, and an item costing 20,000,000 credits, which you will NEVER have, this game will stay in the Dreamcast for a long time. Certainly a great purchase.
Basically its a 3-D game where you run your character around and try to beat up everybody else. The stages in this game are amazing and usually feature many hazards, like cliffs to throw your opponents off of and wild power-ups. Unlike traditional fighting games, this game is more about keeping an eye on the big picture of the battle and not letting your opponent get an advantage on you through the use of items or the stage itself. There are all sorts of wicked special effects (lots of ranged attacks), and some stages seem to stretch for miles as the battle rages into different areas.
With 4 players this game is tremendous fun, with most participants constantly yelling and screaming about what's going on, but there's even a lot of crazy stuff to do in the 1-player game, trying to unlock more secrets using an in-depth item system which I like a lot.

Say what you will about Capcom's sequal making past (Look! Street Fighter 2 Alpha Plus Omega Edition 16 Squared!), they got just about everything right with Power Stone 2.Taking a cue from the possibly over-hyped Dead or Alive 2, Power Stone 2 brings level-interactivity in a fighting game to new heights. Basicly if u havnt played the first it was a 1v1 3d battle where u can kick, punch, hurtle chairs and tables and do just about everything you want. The reason its called powerstone was that there where 3 stones which would gradually apear as the fight went on. If a player got all 3 they could use speacial attacks at thier opponent. The first thing about Power Stone 2 (i dont write PS2 for a reason) is it supports 4 guys at once. If you think of a 3d super smash brothers you have a good idea how the fighting works, but you can still use whatevers lying around the level and any guns or weapons which apear. Finally even in the 4 player if you aquire 3 stones you get your special moves. As you can imagine the 4 player is a total mayham and gives players very little time to think what there doing. The team battle was a little more organized, but the only stradegy which works is to try to isolate 1 enemy and then double team him. The 3v1 and 2v1 modes where crazy. One pore guy get kicked around with no chance for victory. The game not only has these features but about 2 weeks after it comes out you can play online. About the levels and fighters there are plenty of diverse levels which all have unique aspects (in 1 you are sky diving and another theres a huge boulder roling around. There are also two new guys which i didnt recognize from power stone 1. Well overall it was about 4.6 out of 5 stars and anyone who likes alot of fighting will love this game.Honest reviews on Power Stone 2
There's a ton of great Dreamcast games worth owning.. here's another one. After Street Fighter 2, Capcom languished in unoriginality for quite some time, but it's clear the company has been experiencing a creative rebirth. Power Stone 2 pours on the innovation.Basically its a 3-D game where you run your character around and try to beat up everybody else. this game is awesome. it's the best fighting game i've ever played. it has a so many weapons you can make. health items, guns, poles, and even stuff you can ride on. it has one player and multiplayer. they have great characters. and of course, like the first, collect three power stones to transform into a more powerful form, where you have special attacks. some characters are strong but slow, some are fast but kinda weak, and some are balanced. the stages are also awesome. every stage moves, meaning, something happens to it and it requires you to move to a different arena. and you can pick up stuff, like vases, and throw them at your enemy. the stages are very interactive. the controls are awesome and easy to use. the camera views are awesome too. i definently recommend getting this game. a lot better than the first one. this one has the same characters as the first one and four new ones. it's an awesome game. highly recommended!
