this game is pure action.

it also has a lot of replay value because it has tons of unlockable items & who doesnt like that?! (costumes & guns)

Killer is Dead has some uneven but fun combat, a unique art style, and a pretty convoluted plot surrounding the moon, assassinations, and love. I've always appreciated Grasshopper's games for being different from the norm, but this time around, SUDA51 has made something that is one of his weirdest works to date. One that definitely won't be for everyone, but one that is entertaining no less; despite being incredibly hard to follow.

This and shadows of the damned both underrated gems. Sure they have their hiccups, but you simply can't find anything else like these games.

Cons: 1. Zappa is a quack 2. THOSE CREEPY GIGALO MISSIONS WTFrenchtoast? Like i first heard about these and i was like they cant be THAT bad. You literally sit in front of some random broad, and play this mini game where you cant let her catch you peeking at her boobs.... THEN SHES LIKE DAYUUMMM WHAT A GENTLEMAN. THEN BOOM NEW WEAPON..... WELL THAT ESCALATED QUICKLY

I was pretty psyched to play a Suda 51 game and this was my first one. I really enjoyed the story and music but I found the gameplay just wasn't really my cup of tea. It's a decent action game but I felt the lack of a jump limited some of the fun in doing combos and the missions felt really linear. At full price I probably wouldn't recommend this game but at about $30 I'd say it's worth a try.

The story is nearly incomprehensible, more so than the last few Suda51 games. But there are some great moments that make you laugh and give the characters some interesting quirks. The gameplay is phenomenal however, a very solid character action game. Badass bosses, unique levels, and and a pretty high skill ceiling.

It took me about 12 hours to beat, doing all the side missions, but it also has a lot of replay ability. I highly recommend this if you're looking for something a little different.
