I'm really glad I didn't pay the high price for an official Microsoft hard drive as this 3rd party drive has worked great for me. I have a 4GB Xbox 360 and this drive has been a god send. I currently have 33 games stored on it and still have more than 60GB of storage left! This purchase should be a no-brainer.

This is just a cheap plastic case with a 2.5" PC laptop sata hard drive inside. The hard drive died within a month. The seller I bought it from (ETree) has disappeared from Amazon. I'm now stuck with dead hard drive. I would suggest just buying a case by itself and then inserting your own high quality laptop PC hard drive. Don't buy this crap!!!

The drive was more difficult than it should have been to insert into the console. Then, when it finally was inserted, the console did not recognize that any new hard drive had been added. Upon trying to remove the hard drive, it will not come out. I've never written a review on amazon, but do not buy this product.
