I have had this Cable for over two weeks and I cannot do without it. I have a rechargeable headset and the charge only lasts a few hours so I eventually have to charge it. This cable allows me to continue to play without having to sit right on top of the TV set that I Use for gaming. The cable is 10' long and VERY well made. The cord is wide oval (some would say flat) and made of silicon-like (unsure of actual materials) and super-flexible. There are even charge (red for charging and green for charged) on the device end of the cable. I have ordered several more for my sons who also play PS3
