Reviews of Ghost Recon Future Soldier Signature Edition
This is the Signature Edition which was offered through Gamestop. If you can get your hands on one I would recommend it because the guns included are excellent. Overall this game is fun whether playing the campaign or multiplayer. The campaign is very good and I don't mean very good for a shooter. Anyone who has played the Battlefield 3 campaign knows how terrible most games like this usually are. The campaign is actually worth playing. It can be played alone or with three of your friends. Playing the campaign helps unlock items for use in the multiplayer game also. I found the story itself to be less than great but the gameplay makes up for it. The use of different weapons that aid the entire squad adds a realistic feel and a reason to have a team. You actually work with other team members and the AI is really pretty good. Squad coordinated sniper kills are very fun to do and the team members find their own targets quickly and accurately. Drones are usable in campaign and multiplayer and can serve as spotters or attack drones. The drones are controlled by the player which gives players a good idea of enemy placements and map layouts. This is fun and helpful. Who doesn't want to rain a barrage of frags on those enemies hunkered down in a well defended area? Multiplayer is fun and challenging. It is based off of team work and team objectives not the number of kills. This makes multiplayer much more rewarding than in other shooters as you get to see team mates looking out for each other and working towards goals. It helps to eliminate the selfish elements found in so shooters today. Give the game a chance or just come back to an old favorite if you are familiar with the franchise and I doubt you will be disappointed.
