Three stars for failure to mention this is only for black (slim) Xbox 360's.
The package comes with cooling base for vertically mounting the Xbox 360 and two (bonus!) batteries. The batteries feel pretty light, so I'm not sure how long they will last (probably good for an emergency). The base does not accommodate a white Xbox 360, but this can be overcome with some wedges or tape to make it fit tight. There is a lip around the base that helps secure the black Xbox with the white Xbox, it just sits on top and is not very stable.
Pro's
The charger charged all of my controller battery packs, which other chargers would not do (previous charger would only charge two of my 5 batteries)
