If you're a Darksiders fan, you've already got this game. If not, get the first one, then get this one. They are amazing. It's Zelda for current consoles with great voice acting.

The collectors mask is detailed, and well made.

If you liked the first one then this one is more of that, but just way more refined. It would have been nice to have the first one be like this one and this one be a bit more dynamic but then again the grounds are def there for part three to improve upon!

Awesome action adventure game with a bit of puzzles and rpg elements to complement but the graphics need a bit more stylized definition other then that def a must own especially if you finished playing the first one.

Though it has some technical glitches (i was stuck in the environment and a few times, and as reviewers have stated, there is some screen tearing going from one large area to another, but those things aside (which never stopped a full-on good time) the game is fun. It is all about the loot, the hunt for those items just outside your field of vision and figuring out how to get them. Death is nimble but still able to take a beating (if you level him up enough). His skill trees are varied enough without becoming a burden and the game warps up nicely. I clocked in about 39 hours without finding everything, but found a lot. It was definitely better than the first, which I really liked, but could honestly stand on its own without the first one.

It is a constant homage to every great game before it (God of War, Portal, Prince of Persia) but it is well done and when it invokes those titles, it does so in a way that makes sense.

Great game, great voice acting. Pick up the novel Darksiders: The abomination Vault, really got me into it before the game came out and gives you some good perspective on characters you will meet in the game
