YO, Being that this is a music game, there really isn't all that much to get into depth about as far as reviewing in my opinion, but what I will say is that DJ Hero 2 tops the first one in every major way possible! There is actually a career mode now that has somewhat of meaning to it rather than just going through track after track. You start off at underground clubs in Ibiza with a nice little crowd, but end up going international and spinning in some of the best clubs around the world with jam packed dance floors. The customization for your character is more in depth and the tracks are just way better the way they are presented. Dj Hero 1 gave you a pretty good feeling that you were actually controlling the music, but this one give you the feeling even more. If you miss a beat, you WILL know.
You actually get to Dj Battle with the likes of real Djs like David Guetta, Q-Bert, and many more! What is so cool, is its just like at a real life club with an actual Dj line up, The headliner Dj starts his/her intro with several songs that blend in perfectly with each other before they start the actual set to hype up the crowd. Being a raver, I really dig this!! You can get up to a 10 star rating in the intros!! There is no longer a big pause after you get done with a track like in part one..most of the time, the songs go right into one another giving you a very little if no break at all.
This is one of those games like SKATE..you say to yourself "I want to get good at this game" You can make SKATE LOOK good, but with DJ Hero 2..You can make it SOUND good....The way YOU want to. You can freestyle scratch, crossfade, sample, and even have a vocalist! You know this is a good game if Gameinformer says "With all due respect Rockband 3, Dj Hero 2 is our music game of the year" If you had mixed feelings about Dj Hero 1, then prepare to be blown away by this performance! Get it!

It's just so much fun! This one is a bit more 'poppy' in music choices than the last DJ Hero game, but that's not necessarily a bad thing. The tunes are great. Truth be told, it's really nothing like DJ'ing, but it makes you feel, just for a moment, that you really are a DJ. How many games can you bop along to while you play them? Arrived in a timely manner and in good condition...this game is lots of fun and definitely keeps the kids out of your hair while you finish up some things around the house
