I must say, I've seen many bad reviews about Third Party Audio Adapters but this one is different.Worked out of the box, Had to push in to the Xbox to fit in with my HDMI (The problem is my HDMI is a little big), but should fit in. Also IT DOESN'T HAVE THE RESET XBOX PROBLEM, so you can turn off your TV or switch to another source and your Xbox 360 WILL NOT reset (Finally) with no problem and no soldering.
Will work fine with any headset that uses RCA. I'm using mine with SteelSeries 5XB I got on sale. But should work with any brand aslong as it uses RCA
Totally worth buying this one over the other Any Third Party ones. No need to solder or anything. I would go with Microsoft official one if possible, but they don't sell them anymore, but this one is close to the Genuine Microsoft One.

This product, unlike others on the market for the same price, is wired correctly and will not power off the xbox when switching inputs on the tv. This product works out of the box and is a great value for the price!
