The kit came as promised. This unfortunately did not fix my red ring of death problem. I'm not sure what else it could be. I put the kit on and couldn't even get the xbox to come on green before it red ringed. I even bought the extra heat sinks.

I bought this kit when my xbox360 died. The instructions are a breeze to follow and the screws work really well. Cleaning products are good along with the tools included.

The only issue I had...My Xbox360 still does not work. I took it apart a second time and followed instructions again, still not working. The latter part of the instructions tell you if you don't have success, purchase the uniclamp fix as it has a higher rate of success. If it has a higher rate, the stop selling this one and only sell the best one. This feels like nickel and dimeing me and in the end I still won't have a working Xbox.

I give this 2 stars because it did not work for me. If they were to send me a uniclamp fix and it worked, then I would say this is a good product to purchase.

Conclusion: Don't buy this kit, get the full kit with uniclamp, but beware that it may not work for you too.

Just spent 2 hours following the instructions on how to fix the rrod. Still have the red rings and I am out $20. Do not buy this kit!

Excellent vendor -great kit -manual was good, but needed to search on line for a few other options in the process (e.g. removing the x clamps). But, there are plenty of videos available to help along the way. And, most importantly, it WORKED -no more red ring of death and I didn't have to send away for 6 weeks. Great job.
