This adapter was exactly what I needed in order to convert the hdmi cable that was included with the hdmi to analog converter box that I purchased for my older analog projection tv. The only digital input on my old set was a DVI input. This adapter allowed the converter box to provide a full 1080i digital picture to my television set. Well worth the money. I'd highly recommend this adapter to anyone with a similar problem.

these connectors are really awesome. i use them to connect my gaming consoles to my computer monitor, and i use them to connect my computer monitor to my computer. the connection is tight and secure. the fit is snug, so you know once you connect it, it wont come loose. i've been using these adaptors for a year or so now, and i haven't had any problems with them, and i don't think i ever will.
