The Limited Edition version of Mushihimesama Futari comes in a box with alternate artwork, a music CD, and comes with a DLC card to unlock v1.01 mode. When buying a used copy, it may be a good idea to ask the seller if the DLC card has been used or not, if this DLC interests you.
All versions of Mushihimesama Futari (limited edition, standard edition, and platinum hits) are region free and will work on North American and PAL consoles.
