This isn't actually a game, but something you can use to cheat at games. It works just like described. The only catch is that you need an XBOX memory card to do anything with it. BTW: this will only work for the original XBOX, not XBOX 360!

Sick of getting killed over and over again in the same game? Want to unlock all the extras without spending weeks on the game? Use this product with your PC to load-up your memory card with game saves that can give you extra power-ups, weapons, etc. There are several game saves that come with the disc included and you can get more online through the software provided.

The Gameshark hardware also works with Action Replay (similar product) software and save formats, you just need the Action Replay software (not included) to do it. The hardware itself is practically identical, so if you can get the Action Replay install disc, you're set for both!

At first the product was not working when connected to the PC, but I discovered that the disk installs the drivers to a folder called Fire International. I had to go to the device manager and manual select the folder to install the driver. After that was done, the software works like it should, but the instruction should have mentioned that first!!!

step 1 Install software on computer from disc in package

step 2 connect the USB to Xbox memory device connection to computer

step 3 connect memory card to USB adapter in step 2

step 4 run Gameshark software

step 5 Gameshark software cannot detect memory device. please connect memory device

step 6 repeat steps 2-5

step 7 repeat step 2-5

step 8 repeat step 2-5

step 9 return item

I have windows 7 and my little boy has a xbox, so I thought this would be a great gift but.. It did not come with a memory card and would not register on my computer without one. I bought 2 different memory cards and still the darn thing wont register at all or work for us. I tryed to contact them but they said I had to go to the site to get drivers. I went to the site, tryed the code and it said I could not get in some thing to do with having windows 7 not xp. Total waist of money for us. Never got it to work.

This is an excellent product for using saved games and rooting an old xbox to xbmc! It is about the only "easy" option if you can't find an Action Replay kit.
