I bought this item to house a scorpio blue WD drive flashed with Xbox 360 firmware. It did not work. Thinking it was my drive and not the case, I tested on my friend's authentic 120GB HDD and it did not work. I then tested my hacked HDD in his case and it worked flawlessly. The case I bought here was the culprit.

After reporting it to the seller, I was instructed to send the case back as they think they might have sent me the wrong item (a case not meant for a 120GB drive). I gave them the SKU and they never said anything afterjust expected me to ship it back for a full refundno exchange.

I did not send it back. The shipping was $5 and the return shipping would have been another $5. I would have been out exactly as much as I put in as they weren't going to reimburse my shipping fees. Do not buy. I ended up finding another case from Dealextreme for $10 (free shipping) and it worked beautifully (shipping took forever though)...

I will admit that I was a bit skeptical when removing the HDD case from it's "Made in China" packaging, however it turned out that I wasn't as unfortunate as the first reviewer.

The package consisted of the HDD case as well as two sets of screws, one to secure the HDD and the other to close the case. So have no fear, all the content is included for it to function. I paired this together with my WD 120gig HDD. Upon powering the 360 it instantly recognized the HDD. I transferred all my content with no problems.

No problems no complaints......

easy to assemble, works with a 120GB Western Digital. I would recommend this product to anyone that would like more than the 4GB internal storage.

I didn't have any problems using this except putting it on the system, the port seem slightly unaligned and because of that I had issues putting it on, it came with all the screws and everything.
