i had these headphones not even a full month and they broke on right where everybody else said they broke at,and what makes matters worse i read the review before i opened them up and gave them a chance,do your self a favor and listen to these reviews these are very cheaply made headphones,the sound is pretty good,but the craftmenship is horrible Do Not Buy

I spent $60 on this head set and they broke in less than a week. I used them for a total of 5 hours before they broke right at the part where the right head phone attaches. I was extremely gentle with these and they are already broken. I have to say that I've never owned a piece of technology that has failed so fast in my life. Avoid this product at all costs. I don't normally write reviews on Amazon, but I am hoping to save a few of you from making the same mistake that I did. I posted a picture above and saw another reviewer who had the same problem I had. Real piece of garbage.

Spending $60 on a gaming headset makes you think you're getting something of high quality, right? WRONG!! The set I ordered didn't even last through SIX HOURS of use before the earpiece snapped off. Looking at the piece that broke, it's no surprise; the whole earpiece hangs and rotates on a plastic stem only 5mm in diameter. Trying to superglue it back on just leads to frustration as the wire hole gets plugged up and you're left with excess wire that jams up any attempts at a flush fix. I will admit, while it worked, it worked pretty well. The sound is alright and the headset is comfortable, but comfort only matters if it's paired with durability. Take my advice and save your money for a better product, this wasn't worth the $10/hour I got from it.

Xbox 360 Tritton AX 120 Performance Gaming Headset The worst headset i have ever owned I usually buy turtle beach but the fat guy at gamestop said they were good so igave them a chance but i spent $50 bucks on them they worked fine for 2 days then no one on xbox live could hear me. I tried to take them back to gamestop but they would not take them back because the package was opened. So then I called madcatz and after waiting 45 minutes i got through to someone... they sent me a replacement cable, and it still didnt work. after that i tried calling them for 5 days finally spoke to someone they now want me to send it in on my expense. the worst customer service ever. Plus if u have a cell phone or any device with a signal a static noise comes out of the headset OVERALL DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON TRITTON BUY TURTLE BEACH

I dont know what people were doing with these headphones but I've had them a full year now and they work great. They're great for the price and sound pretty good. If you can afford it however I'd recommend going a step further to some better quality ones for the sound alone. These seem to handle the little bit of abuse I put them through but honestly why are people throwing around a set of headphones? Buy if you are on a steep budget otherwise look a little more as these are a great alternative to turtle's.
