I bought this 10' HDMI cable and two 6' HDMI cables of the same kind from the same seller and almost a year later, they all still work fine. You can spend significantly more for name brand cables at retail stores, but you'd be wasting a lot of money that you don't need to waste.
Going into it, I looked at it this way: if it doesn't work or work for very long, I wouldn't feel too bad for having only spent less than five bucks in total for a 10' HDMI cord. However, if it did work, it's a pretty darn awesome deal after seeing what regular stores charge for these. Since it has worked as hoped, I am quite happy with my purchase and have recommended these to others.
I can't vouch for how your experience will be with your cable, but for me, my 10' foot cable has worked fine. Since there really isn't any middle-ground with cords/cables, it pretty much deserves a 5-star review for doing what you expected it to do.
If this HDMI cable stopped working tomorrow, I'd likely just buy another one of these because buying several of these cables would be way cheaper than buying just one brand name cable that might also have the same life-span.

Used this for my 360, works perfectly, I don't know why I ever played without it. Everything is very clear :) cord is nice and long, packaging kept it in good shape, and arrived on time and fast. For xbox users, don't bother getting an adapter. Hdmi is both video and sound. This replaces the original av cable that came with xbox
In order to use headsets, such as turtle beach, you will need the red and white audio cords that are connected to the av cable.
The adapter (replaces original av cable) allows both the hdmi and av cable to fit perfectly side by side. Which is a waste of money.
On the original av cable that came with 360, carefully pop off the casing the surrounds the av entry port. That way both original av cord and hdmi fit perfectly. Then connect turtle beach (ect) the same way you did before (left audio into female left audio, right audio into female right audio)
Don't bother plugging the yellow cord, it's for video. What I needed to do was plug my audio setup into the back of my tv, instead of the side like originally. For reason, audio works through headset when it is plugged into a different, yet correct area. My headset was originally giving my issues so I thought I'd share how I fixed mine in case anyway had trouble as well :D
