These are in great condition, fit right in place, and now my controllers feel like new. Came when it was supposed to and are individually packaged if you buy more than 1 pair. All you are gonna need besides that is a t8 torx screwdriver with the hole drilled in the middle, and you can get it right on here for cheap as well. Great service and equally great product. Thanks
