I wish I couldnt say anything bad about them but would only say that I wish it was Free internet usage like PS3. Small unit, Great graphics, easy setup, blu-ray,games install and load fast.

If your PS4 gets hung up at the pulsing blue light while rebooting after the 1.50 update, DO NOT UNPLUG THE PS4 TO TURN IT OFF! Doing this could run the risk of bricking your console.

Sony support had us go into Safe Mode to reset to factory defaults and re-initialize to fix the problem.

1. Hold down power button until the unit powers off and the light goes out. This took about 10 seconds.

2. Enter Safe Mode by holding down the power button until you hear 2 beeps. Release power button after the second beep. The Safe Mode menu will appear with a list of options.

3. Select Option 4 to restore PS4 to factory defaults. Once it's done, the system will restart.

4. In our case, after the reboot, the PS4 automatically entered Safe Mode. This time, they had us select Option 6 to Initialize the PS4. Note that by doing this, you will lose profiles and settings so just be aware that you are basically starting over. Once it's done, the system will restart.

5. When the PS4 comes back up, it will take you through the initial setup again as if it's being booted for the first time.

After that, we were back in business to play our games.

They had us go to the System Settings to see if the software version shows 1.5 and it does so we're up to date. We just hope this won't happen on every update.

Received this on November 15th. Set up was very easy, and have had no problems whatsoever. I would highly recommend the PS4, and have bought ever Playstation since 1995. The graphics are phenomenal on the system, and the new UI is definitely great. I usually do not write too many reviews but wanted to spread the good news about the system.

Great console hardware IMO. The PS4 is one sleek looking parallelogram prism. I have only seen an XBox one inside a display case in a store, and it is a wide bodied, plain looking, VCR clone compared to the PS4, with its slanted angles, two tone textures, and dynamic LED light show. The physical PS4 console invokes the old days of industrial grade Sony hardware. The dualshock 4 is also a great leap forward. The touch pad, the concave thumb stick tops, and the contoured triggers put it in a different league than the dualshock 3. Picking up the old controller after the new one makes you realize how hollow and tacky it felt. The hardware is great, but the current game lineup is a different story.

The exclusive launch games seem forgettable, and rushed. Knack is what I got with the system, and the reviews are mediocre. Killzone Shadow Fall seems to be faring a bit better, but it falls short too. The multi-platform games are basically up scaled versions of PS3 games and look like it too. The good news is that Sony has kept most of its internal studios, and they are known for high quality work, when given the time. The new Uncharted is coming, the Order 1886 looks good, and Infamous Second Son has been given the breathing room to get polished, and Drive Club has potential. We know that work of the other studios is shrouded in mystery now, but unlike Nintendo, most Sony projects actually see the light of day. As a result the potential for PS4 to blow me away is all there. There is little concrete to show for it, except what came out, and is still coming out on the PS3. As an early adapter, I can live with some lulls here and there.

If you want instant gratification, the PS4 is not for you. It has some kinks to be worked out. And the software lineup is not fully fleshed out yet. But Sony did not push the likes of Last of Us and Grand Tourismo 5 onto the PS4, just to check off the boxes. They are going about it the right way. Keep your PS3, and let the older games keep up the slack, and then prepare to be truly blown away when the new exclusives arrive.

Brilliant console. More powerful and less expensive than it's competitor. Sleek and small design despite the psu being in the case. Love the controllers too.

So far so good, never really had any problems except logging onto PSN at first on launch day but now no problems with that. I've been doing other things on the

PS4 that I didn't even play Knack yet but I heard other friends say it is a run game to play.
