My girlfriend got me this faceplate as a gift and it is very nice for any xbox playing Ravens fan. Snaps on nice on both sides. Only problem for me was after a year the little plastic clips that keep it on the controller eventually broke. Overall it's a nice gift and you get what you pay for.

I bought this for my 8 year old son who loves the Ravens. He likes to play Madden 11 with his step dad who is a Steelers fan. I actually bought my husband a Steelers faceplate. They love them and they clip right on the controller. Excellent for any XBOX playing, football fanatic!
