The item that arrived was the wrong product. I ordered this especially because the picture and name are what I needed. I posted a review of the vendor saying the wrong product was sent. They contacted me quickly asking me to remove the negative comment and they would send a return package and the correct item. That was a couple weeks ago and nothing yet. I removed the negative review as asked. Would not buy anything from nor recommend them to friends.

I had the original power pack damaged by flooding in my barracks and found this replacement online. After having issues before with finding outlet space on 120v converters, I tried this one. I love the fact that it is auto voltage from 120-240 and but still maintained the US plug, that way I can still use it when I get home to the states and not have to buy another power pack, which you have to do if you get the 240v pack from Microsoft. Looks just like the original, same dimensions and has the 2 prong connector that are on the new XBOX 360 Slim.

The bottom line is I regret buying this, true it works with 220, but it is so loud I can hear the fan during any point in a movie or playing a game. It's a high pitch very fast noise coming from an internal fan.

The adapter works great, used it at 110 and 220. Its really load, loader than my proyector, xbox, ps3. No use with new XBOX 360 slim as it will make more noise than the original xbox (Has a fan inside it.)

I just got this today as soon as I picked it up, something rattled inside like a loose fan and a screw. Being crazy, I decided to give it a chance and plug it into my xbox to give it a fair test. Strangely enough it did work, but after a couple of seconds a loud death rattle started and I instantly turned it off. I am horribly disappointed and will be returning this product immediately!
