this game is better then tony hawk ride. you get more difficulties, more levels and big air, bigger tricks!, as it says on the cover. the new snowboarding feature is as amazing as skateboarding. this is a recommended buy. this also works with the tony hawk ride controller

My son just loves Tony Hawk. I think he would love it no matter what. It is nice to be able to buy the software alone for a great price that local retailers can not touch. We already have a board from out Ride game

My boys love this game and are already mastering the different levels. However, buyer bewareIn spite of its title, this is not stand-alone software and the game will NOT run without the board. Amazon and Best Buy are both selling the bundle (board and game) for $5 more than the game alone, be sure to buy them together. Sadly, we paid $54.99 for this exact game at Christmas before Amazon dropped the price to $19.99. Also, be careful on returning software as Amazon only gives you 50% back (I should have read the fine print)if the game has been opened. Of course, we had to open the software to realize it did not work. Overall, it was very disappointing to purchase this product from Amazon.
