Games Played Tetris 2, 1943, Punch Out, and more!Man, have I been waiting for a product like this for years! Aside from the small wait of transit for the product, it's actually quite worth it.
First Impressions:
-Nicely packaged, sealed on the corners
-USB port is wrapped and taped to prevent transit damage
-cable is nice and long, I think a little over 6 ft
-You can tell the item is new when you try it, the buttons click like a normal NES would, some excessive use will break it in just fine
Mapping was quite easy with all online emulators, I was up and running within 1 minute.
Start and select buttons have a nice rubbery feel to it
If you want to play old school games on your PC, this is the controller to do it with!

NES rules, games like double dragon, mega man, mario bros, metroid, etc. This USB controller works exactly as hoped, plug and play. I use the JNES emulator which I would recommend and a site called coolrom which has all the nes roms that are ported directly from the nes cartridges, so your playing the actual game!!!. It took all of 30 seconds to set up and I was playing Bad Dudes with an actual NES controller on my laptop. When I hoook my laptop to my TV its like im still in the 80's playing the coolest games ever made. This product is very cool for the old school gamers like myself and it works with Windows 7 64 bit professional and home version in case anyone is wondering.Honest reviews on Classic USB NES Controller for PC

There's two games you should try with any new controller: Super Mario Bros. to test the buttons, and Legend of Zelda to test the D-pad. Sadly, this controller failed both tests. This controller feels very much like the original, until you try to play a game with it. Mine has a very unresponsive buttons, which is typical of inexpensive controllers. When pressing a button, you get the tactile feedback of the button going down, but then have to press harder to actually have the press register. This results in about half of my button presses not registering, since I usually only press hard enough to make the button actually go down. This makes jumping and fireballs in Super Mario Bros. really annoying.
Add to this a mediocre D-pad. Again, typical of cheap controllers, the diagonals are either much too sensitive or much too difficult to press, which makes precise movements in all 8 directions impossible. Mine has an almost impossible to press upper-right diagonal, and an overly sensitive lower-left, which makes moving directly down or directly left very difficult. Because of the bad D-pad, Legend of Zelda becomes extraordinarily frustrating with this controller.
Maybe I just got a bad unit, I don't know. I'm not going to bother returning mine, since it was so cheap. Maybe I can modify it to perform better...
Your best bet is to get a NES to USB converter and use an official controller.
