The game hasn't really changed especially the graphics and this expansion doesn't do much.
Update the graphics and allow the game to continue with new leader after the old retires.Also a better transportation system is needed not just subways.Bottom line is this game with proper changes can be really fun again.

I have loved every edition of this game. The new buildings were nice, the campaign was good. Hard but not too hard. I got a decent amount of hours of gameplay out of it. I can't wait for the next version.

I feel like I was suckered in by false/misleading advertising. Modern buildings permanently replace older buildings against your will. None of the reviews made this clear. Some of the "upgrades" make no sense. Why is the restaurant replaced with a huge, pirate ship-themed restaurant? Stick with the original and imagine you are playing this expansion.
