great item but service sucks dealing with them directly. If you want to order a certain amount you better do it here or they will try to sell you a bunch of them you will not need for a period of time and ask for a smaller amount and they will not reply to your email anymore. Lowes also sell shorter screws m10 as long as you dont have the fat heads you are good to go....

You know you hate those dreaded red lights on your xbox. Fear not though. You can fix the issue yourself with a bit of time and some parts from XBRDepot.
