The game pays homage to RPG games and there are a lot of references in the DLC. Games like Dark Souls, Skyrim, and more are referenced through out in the matter of side quests, locations, objects, and dialog to give you a good chuckle when you catch them. And, if you don't know much about RPGs there's still plenty of good old fashioned Borderlands humor to keep you laughing as you play.
The enemies are great in the game. They're not just re-skinned like the other 3 DLC. Here you will be facing ogres, skeletons, spiders, and a lot more. Even dragons! The settings look gorgeous. Quite a bit of variety as well. You trek through everything from caves to climbing a tower and they're all awesome to take in and explore.
The main quest story is good and fun to follow along with. In a solo game, it took me about 8 hours to complete the main quest, spent about a hour doing side quests, and probably have about another hour or so more to finish the rest of them, so all in all I'd say you're looking at about 10 hours of play if you do all the quests. And, as usual like the other DLC finishing the main quest opens up a raid boss for you to battle.
There aren't to many negatives to the game. The only problem I had with it was the occasional bug that had to be fixed by exiting out of the game and reloading it. That didn't happen much though. The only other thing, which to me really isn't a negative just was kind of a bummer, was that there wasn't that much good loot in the game. I was a level 50 when I played it so I had great gear starting it and there wasn't much in the game worth me picking up. Maybe playing it at a lower level would offer different results. There are two purple rare guns worth getting though. One is offered in a side quest from Miss Moxxi. It's a submachine gun with shock damage called Miss Moxxi's Crit (the description in the gun details says Slippery When Wet. If you're older I'm sure you'll understand they're little play on words). The other one is a shotgun called The Swordplosion. It's a shotgun that shoots a sword that explodes into 3 smaller swords that explode on contact. Don't really need to say much more about that one haha. Just in case you get the game, want that gun, but don't want to play all the side quests just to find it I'll leave a hint below as to which side quest offers it since it's not really clear which one it is when you play.
When it's all said and done Tiny Tina's Assault on Dragon Keep is a fantastic DLC and personally I think the best one out of the four. Definitely worth the $10. If you're new to the Borderlands game, like it, and are debating on picking up DLC for it I'd say this one is a good one to start off with.
*Hint*
A little less than 3/4's through the main quest if you head back to Flamerock Refuge (could maybe get the quest available sooner I just went back there as I got closer to the tower and noticed it), Roland will have a quest to offer you called The Sword in the Stoner. When you first accept the mission it's going to say you get a green shotgun upon completion. As you head to face the golem you'll hear Brick, Tina, and Lilith talking and Brick will ask if the shotgun can be a gun that shoots swords. Then when you turn in the quest to Roland You'll hear Mr. Torgue tell Tina to let the gun shoot swords that explode into swords that explode and then it'll turn into the unique purple Swordsplosion before you accept it.

Fun, not a re-skin of old enemies, lots of good new weapons and mods. Has an amazing raid boss.Great story, which follows the original story mode extremely well. Goes over how Tiny Tina deals with Rolands death.
Overall a great DLC, well worth the money. It has a large amount of side quests. The main story only takes a few hours to complete.

It is a dark night, and Tiny Tina has asked our favorite Hunters Brick, Lilith and Mordey to play a game (and a old school gamer I enjoyed the first three minutes as would anyone who played D&D). As the Bunker Master, Tina is to weave the tale of mystery and adventure as they play as the new Hunters as they face against classic monsters like skeletons, Orcs, and dragons. Can the Hunters fight their way to save the queen, can they get through without Roland, and can they get Tina to eat anything else but crumpets.......I have this on my XBOX and I have been enjoying it. As an old school gamer hearing the references like dice rolls, rules, and critical hits just take me back. See all your favorite friends from Elly, Torgue, and even Handsome Jack. And listening as the Hunters bicker as they play (listening to who was a gamer as a kid will blow your mind). Now as Tina says
ROLL FOR INITATIVE!!!!!!!
