This game is fun once you get through the menu screens but the Kinect interface is horrible. It won't pick up the selections and keeps kicking us back to the previous screen so we have to walk through the setup again. You would think since the Kinect has been out for a while that they could get this right.

I bought this game specifically to play it using Kinect and not the controller. So my comments are specifically for game play with Kinect.
The menu interface is not very good. Takes too long to get to a game and I constantly have to redo my selections. I could live with this, if the Kinect game play was good. But it is horrible! The delay when batting and pitching are so bad that it makes it really hard to enjoy the game. I'm an adult and I was having a hard time batting, my kid couldn't even hit the ball. We tried for a while and finally gave up. It's a shame cause I thought the graphics were good. I hope 2K Play puts out a software fix for the Kinect delays, otherwise this was just a waste of money.

I like this game, it is the first game i have bought for my kinect outside of Kinect Adventures which came with the Kinect. I really like baseball so I may be somewhat biased, but this game is fun since it includes nicktoons I know of, as well as a few MLB players from each team. I am a college student and this game is still fun to me, it isnt too "childish" or anything, so I feel like anyone can enjoy it. the kinect controls are simple, but very accurate and I haven't had any problems with them. I hope they put out new rosters or some other form of DLC in the future
