I purchased this set as a holiday gift for my children. Kids (9, 11) had fun putting stickers (that came with the set) on the guitars, and then installed them. The game worked perfectly without any adjustment. (Our PS2 console is a slim version.) They have been enjoying themselves for many hours so far.

I had already bought this at Best Buy..but for some reason it (the guitar) didn't work/ And I paid alot for. So then I bought another one..this one that I am writing about. Well lets just say it saved my butt. Made a person very happy, even with the extra guitar. Thank you very much.

I bought this game for my 10 and 12 year old brothers! They both wanted to play guitar, but without the expense of owning a real one. Since they both love Aerosmith, I chose to purchase this product with 2 guitars and it was a great buy! My brothers LOVED them and still use them! I would recommend this to anyone of any age who enjoys Guitar Hero or simply wants to play some great music without learning the actual guitar!

The guitar controllers worked pretty well while i was playing. very impressed. For the most part I enjoyed playing some of aerosmith's classic songs. Only wished the game released more songs from them, but i can't really complain.

I got the set which only includes the guitars and not the game itself. In regards to the guitars I think they were worth the money, I had previously owned the Kramer wireless controller until the remote receiver went out and costs the same amount as a whole guitar to replace! but I digress..... Any way as for the construction of the controllers they feel solid, are smaller in size then the Kramer, the wire length is sufficient (my system sits pretty close on the table so it doesn't have to go far), the buttons are spaced pretty close together, which may take some getting used to. Over all I say this was a great buy, and as long as your happy with a good controller that is sturdy and actually works and you don't really care about having a glitzy wireless controller, this set will meet your expectations.
