I've done many repairs and this is the first time a laser never worked. Pick up a new drive, well worth the extra $20.

Replaced old laser with this laser after unsuccessfully trying to change pot resistance. If you follow directions of intelligent people online, it will work for you too. Great price and XBOX 360 works great again.
