The Limited Edition version of Mushihimesama comes in a box with alternate artwork, a music CD, and comes with a DLC card to unlock 1.5 arrange mode (also called "Matsuri" mode in arcades). When buying a used copy, I highly suggest asking the seller if the DLC card has been used or not, because this arrange mode is extremely good.
Both versions of Mushihimesama (limited edition and standard edition) are region locked for Japan only, and will not work on North American or PAL consoles.
