I haven't seen this game in years it's one of the early games came out around the time of Tetris and is played much in the same manner. Fun for one or two players it's mostly easy that's why I like it.

We used to love playing this! It was so hard to find in any other format. This was my first time ordering a game online to download on the WII and I was glad that the process proved to be very easy (I googled the how-to online and printed off the directions). We are having a great time playing it, just as fun and addicting as I remembered it. I play with family members or the computer option and it has a lot of different playing levels so that I can play against someone of any skill and still make it challenging.

I bought this off the Nintendo Channel and it is worth every penny if you enjoy puzzle games. The gameplay is fun to play and keeps you entertained for sometime. The graphics look great and so does the sound. The multiplayer and online features are excellent. The newest option called Virus Buster is a great addition to an already excellent game. I would certainly recommend it to anyone who loves puzzle games and loves Mario.

The experience purchasing this product was absolutely flawless and within minutes the game was downloaded and being played. Those that are looking at this product likely don't need a review of Dr. Mario, but rather how the modern virtual console version works. I can say it's perfect and haven't experienced any issues with anything.

We play this a lot on the Nintendo 64, and love it. We figured now would be a good time to upgrade, and we now play this on our Wii. There are a couple downfalls to the switch. One is the versus, 2 player mode. It does not have the best 2 out of three, so we have to keep track of who's ahead. This is annoying because we often have tournaments with many other people, so when we have to count the wins ourselves it can be overwhelming. The controls are very touchy, and obviously different from the older version. Another downgrade, in my opinion, is that the player's score is not displayed on the screen when playing in two player or multi player. Another downfall, however very minor, is that the system does not allow you to change the background, and we have lost the original characters for play! You can choose your own Mii. which is good. All in all, it's a great game and it's keeping the classics alive.
