The animations are great. The characters are original and fun. It probably helps if you also like anime, but the stages and characters are beautifully put together. The fighting system is fun and a little different from Street Fighter or King of Fighters. Overall, I'm really impressed with it. Especially for the price. It feels very similar to Persona 4: Arena, but after playing the two pretty extensively I'd have to say this one takes the cake.

Is it better than Continuum Shift? Yes. Is it worth the money? Yes. It is rebalance and adding the DLC characters and Relius Clover makes the game more fun.
