Worked perfectly and now the kids have voice on the Xbox again. Length and connectors are same as the ones that came with it originally.

I ordered this product and received it withing about a week. which is great considering it was Christmas time. However when I plug it into my xbox controller I have to make sure i have the chat volume on my headset turned down low because it creates a low static type noise when plugged in that my original cord did not. It's a bit disappointing considering the amount of money i had to get it but the Mic still works which is enough I suppose.

This was exactly what I needed since my previous mic cord was damaged for my x11's and there was also fast shipping as well.
