This game is quite a fun party game. It is an instant hit with everyone that has had a chance to play it.
There are different modes to further increase fun and challenge.
The game has a small learning curve but once the drawing tablet going around once, people cant wait to get it in their hands again.
You can also make up your own clues as well which adds for some extra fun as well.
I wish you could make up categories as well to put the clues in but one can only ask for so much.
One problem I have is that people have to look away at certain points, so basically playing this game requires some trust factor.
Another problem is some of the objects are impossible to draw. Things that even I (25 Male) have never heard of or had no idea how to draw.
The final problem is that sometimes the clues do not belong in certain categories. I notice this a lot with the action category.

I went into this purchase knowing that drawing on this tablet would NOT be as easy or user friendly as drawing on a piece of paper. Once you get used to drawing on the udraw tablet, however, you shouldn't have many issues with it. In fact, one way to look at playing pictionary on the udraw is that the udraw tablet is a bit of an equalizer as far as drawing talent goes. I'm a pretty good "picturist" as they call it in the game. If I'm drawing on paper, I'm a lot better than some other family members. However, drawing on the udraw tablet evens the playing field and we all have to abide by the "quirks" of the udraw tablet. I can tell you that the convenience of having the "game board" up on the tv screen is well worth the price of admission alone. My family has had a lot of fun with this and will continue to have a lot of fun. One note that I will mention is an apparent "bug" that does not allow you to choose the winning team at the end of seemingly random "all-play" rounds. This has only happened a few times, but considering how basic the game is to begin with, a bug of this type is pretty unacceptable. I'm hoping that a quick patch will remedy this. Otherwise, I do recommend this game. I'm noticing drops in prices on both this game and the udraw tablet, so you can probably pick both up for "cheap" in the near future. So my son and I opened up the UDraw that he got for Christmas. First we tried the U Draw: Instant Artist that comes with it and it works well. We decided to try out Pictionary and it does not work properly. While attempting to draw, if the pen comes near the tablet at all, you begin drawing regardless if the button is pressed down. Sadly, there was even an update as soon as we put it in. So this bug has not been addressed. There are no settings to adjust sensitivity or to check function of the tablet within the gameI even went back to instant artist to see if there was something wrong with the tablet itself as we were frustrated with this title. Instant artist worked as expected and my son is having fun with that. 30 bucks out the window on this game.
Poor game. Do not buy!
