I would have never guessed how deadly this little smiley puff ball is! I HAVE ALL OF THE FIGURES AVAILABLE AT LAUNCH AND THIS IS THE FIRST ONE THAT REALLY SHOCKED ME RIGHT OUT OF THE BOX!! He rapidly shoots thorns that seek out his opponents and quickly do LOTS of damage as he bounces or flies happily along.. He can also rapidly shoot puffs of air out of his mouth. I can't believe it, he is amazingly powerful right from the start! You can even attack with the thorns while running from an opponent. The speed that he shoots with is similar to Nitro, but he shoots a lot at once and they continue to do damage no matter which way you are headed. This is very handy since there are lots of "rock shooters" that shoot long range bombs at you. I don't know if he will get much more powerful, but I am still impressed. I haven't even played the new level, but I have to say that I have a hard time believing that I will be disappointed enough in the level to say don't get it.. Pop Thorn alone is amazing! You also get the Sky Diamond which provides you with a gem worth 20 coins for every enemy you defeat and a magic Hammer that floats over head as an additional attack on enemies. BUY IT/HIM FOR SURE!!
UPDATE ON LEVEL ITSELF:
This level reminds me a lot of the old Darklight Crypt Level. It's not as near as "Dark or haunted" though. You do change it from Daylight to Dusk by way of a lot of puzzles that reverse time. The bad guy is a chicken named, Cluck. I don't want to give it all away but it was a LOT of Puzzles and jumping around on platforms. There were little minions that were clock trolls to fight and an overall theme of Cluck, I mean, "Clockish Themes". There are two Winged Sapphire Butterflies to be found in this set. One is located in the Swap Zone Challenge called "Tick Tock Tunneling" and requires a swap-able figure that has a shovel on the front. The second one will be found in the "Spinning Cogs" Swap Zone Challenge and requires a figure with the tornado symbol on the front. The third Swap Zone Challenge is at "Windy Tower," requires a Swap-able figure with the Ladder on it, and unlocks the "Epic Soap Of Froth" Legendary Treasure. We enjoyed going through it and felt like it was reasonably long too. Overall I felt like this deserves a definite "BUY" recommendation with the figure, magic items and level included. If you have A LOT of figures and Not a Lot of Time to find money and level up this Pack Is a MUST!
DON'T BASE YOUR GAME STRATEGY ON THE NUMBERS ON THE CARDS THAT COME WITH THE FIGURES.
EVIDENTLY THOSE NUMBERS ARE FOR ONLINE GAMES AGAIN THIS YEAR..HAVEN'T SEEN ONE YET, BUT I BET THEY ARE COMING SOON. So Far they have added the some of new Swap Force Characters to Sklanders: Lost Islands App, but the aren't any games to play, just task oriented things to do(resembles "Farmville"). They have also updated the Battlegrounds Game App with the new figures, but I haven't seen an update for Cloud Patrol to include the new ones yet.

The only stats that change are Max Health and Elemental Power. Max health gets higher as you upgrade your figure and Elemental Power increases as you increase your figure count within that element. Any other increase is an add on like a Hat purchased and worn.

THE NEXT ADVENTURE PACK WILL BE CALLED SHEEP WRECK ISLAND AND WILL INCLUDE: WIND UP, SHEEP WRECK ISLAND, PLATINUM SHEEP AND GROOVE MACHINE. Groove Machine will make your enemies dance for a short period of time, leaving you the ability to attack. LOL

Overall this pack is worth the 20-25$What you get:
1. Pop Thorn characterVery powerful character, I have tested him in battle mode and he can take on just about anyone. He shoots short range thorns at a high rate that hone in on the enemy, which works best while trying to evade enemy attacks while attacking them at the same time. He has a slam down ability of 64 damage, very effective. Puffs out clouds similar to "Jet Vac's" but is faster and wider area of attack. He can shrink down real tiny to manuever through tight areas, can leave mines behind while being small.
2. Battle hammervery effective magic item, when utilized puts a hammer over each players head. Press (X) on X-box controller to slam down many times. This damages and knocks back enimies.
3. Diamond Place on portal to give you added money for each kill for a period of time.
4. Tower of TimeThis extra level is unique. It reminds me of some land you could find on the Wizard of Oz. You'll see lots of interesting machines powered by wind and water, no electircity here! The level can take about 30 min. more or less to get through and has a good boss battle at the end.
