I recieved this Power adapter super fast after I had ordered it. The power brick works great and doesn't over heat like the old one. Its in great condition and might as well be brand new.

My Xbox turns on. Just make sure your Xbox 360 is the correct voltage. Just as described. This works fine and there are no hiccups.

The pieces that came were useless as they didn't have have matching plugs. It didn't work at all so was a waste of money. Feel completely robbed!

I got this adapter for my European xbox 360 unit. The unit used to operate on 220V, but after moving to North America I needed to buy a new adapter since the voltage is different. I was afraid it might not work out because I got my xbox from overseas, but so far I had no troubles at all, both the adapter and the xbox 360 unit are working in perfect harmony. I was encouraged to buy this item because it's an original piece (has Microsoft label on it).

Overall, I'm happy with this adapter and I recommend it if you're having troubles with yours.

Product worked great. Might give you a power issue at first but the customer service is excellent so you're ensured to get what you want one way or another (also, it's easily fixed by leaving it plugged in to the console and powered off for a day). Would recommend.
