This is a great item for the game. In game color for this version of Scarlet Ninjini is red, just like the package shows. I originally picked this one up from Europe mail order for too much money, but I just picked up a second one at Game-stop for the standard retail rate on May 13, 2013...ouch for the Europe purchase. Should have waited but my 4 year old loves these things. I thought they would never be for sale in a retail store in the USA but I was wrong, probably be that way for the Polar Whirlwind also.
I enjoy playing this game with my kid, it is an easy game to learn and he talks about how much he likes his characters almost everyday.

My boys are going to be extremely excited! Thought I was not going to be able to get them this for their birthdays. I've checked all the local Game Stops, Wal-Marts and Targets and couldn't find it. Found it on Amazon for 14.99, and didn't have to pay $40.00 for it. Thanks Amazon!

Wasn't willing to pay 3 times the price for the original, so this was a welcomed option. Plays similar to the original, just a different color scheme. I like the character because she's fairly strong. Her initial secondary attack is a little weird and tricky to use, but hopefully the upgrades help.

Ninjini is a fun character to play and while she seemed to be illusive to track down her skill set was well worth the hunt, but I am still not sure if she was worth the price I paid especially for the slight difference in color. But if you are the type that has to collect them all especially the specialty variations then pick up the Scarlet Ninjini.
